“My Samsung A51 phone stopped charging in Summersville WV. I went the store there and filed a claim. They mailed me a check and allowed me to replace the phone. I bought the A17. They staff said they transferred all my contacts and pictures but they did not. On Monday I went to Lewisburg WV store and they were able to transfer everything onto my new phone. By Tuesday my new phone locked me out and Lewisbug staff could not get it unlocked. They had only a few chargers and no lap top to help. They referred me to Alexis in Covington VA. She was a genius with all the tools and knowledge. She unlocked my phone, reset it and retained all of my contacts and apps. I ended up just keeping the same phone since we set a password. She was super professional, competent and competent. She deserves a raise for her skills and wonderful demeanor. I have had contact with 4 stores and no one could hold a candle to her integrity and the hope she instills. I will travel 30 miles as 3 miles to go to her instead of closer stores just to be in her presence. You have a gem of an employee that deserves all the praises and a bonus.”
