They have 2 big dogs running loose in the store and the dogs have no manners at all they run up and sniff peoples dogs and the dogs jump up on people, the also let the dogs harass the animals they currently have and laugh about it, and theres an extremely rude groomer, i always hear my dog yelp.

The staff are super friendly & you can tell that they love every animal that comes for their services. This is a very professional place to bring your pet. They do a super job.

First time for Toby going there. They look the extra time and filled out a profile on him. He looked like a Wholly Mammoth but looked like a baby Shih-Tzu after they finished plus the owner is a local country girl from our community.Love'm

I had my dogs toenails cut and they are so kind and patient with my fur babies. And they hate having it done some scared to death and a growly one. And the ladies had no problem with them.

Very disappointed.. my dog was boarded while we were on vacation and when we got him back there was feces caked to his fur. Genuinely concerned as to why this happened especially since he is fully potty trained. and very active.

Poor customer service! Animals being neglected and not properly cared for. Animals personal belongings turned up missing or would be in with other boarded animals. Owner is rude and disrespectful to customers and employees I’ve seen this personally. Owner is an animal flipper and sells sick, inbred or mean animals given to her or she buys cheap and resells at insane prices and doesn’t care. False advertises about animal care.They do not provide proper documentation of billing and will not give a receipt for cash payments. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
