Supper kind over the phone service even made me and my family laugh a bit with their jokes. I'm renting out the iPad 10th generation can't wait to receive it! The store had to order it in and they did so fast also stating they would deliver in 2 days! Fast and easy service

The GM is superb as far as customer service. However if a payment is delayed, Britney speaks as if she is from the ghetto of Newport News and the boys will go as far as telling people to doordash as if that is a profitable job. We have used these people for 8 years now. Paid everything off early. Even paid off an entire washer and dryer set a week after the contract. Our daughter becomes ill and in and out of the hospital for nearly two months and we lose our jobs and become less than a week late and are spoken to like Tuesday’s garbage. Telling us we owe is one thing and quite necessary when operating a business, speaking to us like uneducated, unprofessional trash is another. We intend on paying them off early again, as we always do and then not using them again. As someone who has worked in management and owned a small business and whose husband is in management, most laughable customer service I have ever encountered within the community. And that speaks volumes because look at where we live. Covington.Edit:My husband told them yesterday we both just started high paying jobs and would be paid in two weeks and had no problem paying them then along with late fees for being a few weeks late. I now have video footage from moments ago of them trying to break into our home. Showing up and knocking is one thing and completely understandable, jiggling our doorknob until we now cannot properly lock it and have to have it replaced is another. Uncalled for.Edit:They have been calling harassing my mother now. She told them we have video footage of them tampering our door knob and cop knocking on the glass part of our door. The GM Tracey accused her of lying and insinuated we were thieves despite us having around 1200$ in store credit they refuse to let us use. My mom said Tracey for real quiet when he found out we had videoed it and reported it to corporate ?

I only like to do honest reviews, and honestly I highly recommend that you use a different method to buy or rent items then to go through these scumbags. Their manager Terry has zero professional skills whatsoever and has no regards as to what any person may be going through at that time. They do not go by their own policies and will treat you like dirt beneath their feet. Also they will charge you anywhere from 1.5-2x what any item is actually valued at. My advice is to go online and use a company like Affirm, you get whatever you need without any disrespect or headache. If you are a sadist then Rent A Center may be right for you.
