The technician was great. It took about 3 hours to get our old phones transferred to the new phones. Due to various issues with the old provider but it all worked out.

My experience today was over the top!!! I lost my phone and the guy in the store got me upgraded and back on line in a very timely manner. We are from Florida and we're camping in the Virginia mountains. While camping my 3-year-old Samsung phone decided to give up the ghost. We were not sure if we were going to be able to find a Verizon dealer in the area. We were lucky to find a Verizon dealer in Covington virginia. The manager Hope and staff were so helpful. We end up getting two new phones and spent and they spent over 3 hours with us getting everything working right. Exceptional customer service. Thank you Hope and staff for everything we really appreciate the effort thank you.

Had a GREAT experience today at Verizon! Raekwon was my salesman and he was very helpful and super pleasant to work with! DEFINITELY will return to that location for any future needs!
