Brought our own preferred polishes and asked for deluxe pedicures. Made an appointment for late afternoon on a Tuesday. There were only 2 employees but they made time for our appointment and seated us and started our pedicures promptly. They did have several walk ins while we were there that had to wait while they finished our pedicures so it's probably best to call ahead and make an appointment. They did quality work and both me and my mom are happy with our pedicures.

Let me start by saying: I read all of the reviews - most of them negative - so I was skeptical walking into VIP but desperately(meaning I was on the edge of doing them myself)needed my nails done as I was 3wks in without a fill!!! With that said: let me start my real view.
Saturday - 5:22pm - 3 ladies were already in chairs & 1 man was behind all 3 stations. I asked if he had time, he replied- if I didnāt mind the wait he had time. Cool. Iām just getting groceries after so yea I can wait. āPick a Colorā
6:04pm I was in a chair. I showed him the āinspiration picā(meaning I wanted something similar but not the EXACT picture). There were 2 other ladies still in their chairs getting full sets. He was working between the two. 7pm(heās supposed to be closing)-he finally gets to my hands. He couldāve very easily told me No heās now closed.
I got exactly what I wanted. Shaped perfectly to what I like. Yes he was a little difficult to understand(language barrier), but - He was pleasant. He was polite. He was tired. He was worth my wait, my time, my money(not to mention Iām a helluva good tipper when Iām happy)ā¦. 7:31pm I was out the door.
My point is: Everyone has a different review/experience, yet, a lot of my experience has been in how you approach a situation. I was hesitant but hopeful. I saw he was working alone - If he had said No I wouldāve absolutely understood despite how badly I wanted my nails done. Iām usually impatient & donāt like to wait - sometimes ya just gotta!
So please donāt take MY experience & expect it to be yours. When heās a 1 man show, yet, turns out a beautiful set of nails - he deserves the 5stars plus a few more.
Oh & as an added Bonus: my 13yr old daughter waited with me the entire time(sheās not the most patient āwaiterā)ā¦. When he finished with my nails, even she was impressed-which is also a great task!
Highly recommend - if ya donāt mind the wait! ;)

I went there this past Fri with my lady that I take care of she has had a stroke but she gets along with a leg brace we were there just like everybody else to get her toes and nails done well we get there at 245 and sit there until 445 and he says that he's ready to start then he starts ranting and raving oh no can't do no
toes only nails well her left hand is damaged from the stroke but it can still be taken care then he proceeds to tell us no he can only do her good hand and i said no why didnt he tell us that when we got there instead of letting us sit there for two hours very rude and disrespectful and not very business like

BY FAR THE WORST SALON IāVE EVER BEEN TO. I am someone who gets my nails done regularly, same thing every time black coffin French tip with gems, the guy working today rushed and made my nails look horrible.$75 for this??? Will be calling for a refund

Went in to get my nails done for my wedding and the owner was so RUDE!! My granddaughters came just to get clear polish And the man acted like we were asking for the moon with a ribbon on it. It was myself my daughter and 3 little girls, 1 fill in 1 manicure, and 3 clear polishes,ā¦he clicked his teeth and waved his hand and said ā thatās so muuuch!!!! Just go sit downnnn over there!ā No thanks! Itās my wedding day! We left! Will never recommend this place to ANYONE. EVER. One star because itās not possible to give 0
