“I’ve been a satisfied happy customer at University Tire and Auto Center for about 5 years. It’s terrific to be able to drop off my 5 year old Suburu and know the fellows are going to take good care of me and “Miz Baloo” ( that’s her name.) I’m 85 years old and the guys have never talked down to me, they treat me with outspoken directness, the prices are terrific, and they never try to sell me some service I don’t need. Thanks gentlemen.
PS: I Love the effort put into the “new” waiting room, however I need to drop off some ‘more ‘inclusive’ magazines. ?? Cheers!”
“I had my son's truck at a different shop for over a month and a half. The shop foreman was giving me the run around about it having an electrical issue that he couldn't find. I got my son's truck over to Halls at 130 on a Thursday, and by 530 the same day they had found the problem. They were fast, professional, and I am a customer for life!”
“From my phone call to make an appointment to paying the invoice everyone was professional, kind, knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner. This is what keeps me retuning to Scott’s Ivy Exxon for all my automotive needs.”
“Good place to get gas, prices remain fairly steady. Not the cheapest around, but isn't the moste expensive either. It's close to home, and the staff were very patient when I couldn't figure out how to get the gas cap off or the pump to work first time ever getting gas.”

“Mark done a great job at repairing my A/C unit, and also unclogged my drains in the sunroof. Communication was great and upfront. Easy going guy with a lot of mechanical knowledge. Also, the cheapest shop I could find in staunton, waynesboro and stuarts draft. If you need any vehicle repairs, I highly recommend this shop!”
“I had my car towed to Afton Service Center after I was struck by debris on the highway. Although it was a weekend and they therefore couldn't do any repairs or maintenance, Diane was incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of her way to look at the car (multiple times, for free) and constantly reassure me, an out-of-towner nervous about how I was going to get back home. Thank you Afton Service Center!”
“If you're looking to get a quick, yet very good quality service go to this place! I took my car in expecting not to get it back for at least a week. I got my car back in 2 days and it ran smoother than ever. Not too costly, just an overall 10/10 service all around!”

“Best and most trustworthy shop I've ever dealt with. My truck broke down in 90+ degree heat with my sick 3 year old with me and I called Matt and he instantly helped me get a tow and made sure everything worked out for me. I've put my truck in here twice and the last time, another shop told me I needed new tires to pass inspection, but after bringing it to Matt he assured me I did not. Can not recommend this place enough.”
