Horrible place. Wasted over an hour there and still I was not able to pick up the truck even with the order number completed online before I came to this location. They were requiring additional code and were not helpful. I contacted the U-haul, they also were unhelpful and kept sending me instructions on how to pick up the truck without sending the code that this location was requiring, both of them were extremely unhelpful!!!!!! Lost over an hour and left without a truck. They charged my card and then tried to claim that they did not have my money. I will take it up with the bank to stop the payment. Run away from this business!!!!! I finally got the code. Went back to the location, now they are saying that they do not know how to open the box to give me the keys. Not only u-haul has a crappy software, employees at this location barely speak English and do not know what to do. They are telling me that the only person who knows what to do is not there. They finally were able to open the security box and gave me the key. Now another problem, I ordered a truck together with the furniture dolly to transport the furniture. They are saying that they do not and never had any dollies or any other equipment at this location, although I was charged for the furniture dolly when ordering a truck. Another headache, not only I do not know what I am going to do without a dolly, but I now I have to call U-haul once again to request my money back that they charged me for the dolly without providing one!!! Awful, Awful experience!!!!!

They give you a vehicle that isn’t completely safe. Driving it on the highway and it walks across the lanes. No back up camera on a 20ft truck. Don’t honor the guarantee especially if it inconveniences you and makes you drive 30 minutes out of your way after Uhaul changed our reservation. The guarantee says if they don’t meet time location or truck. And yet they still won’t honor it when they changed our location. Last time we will spend money on this company. It’s a crappy scheme to take your money and leave you broke while moving. I recommend anyone else because this is the second time it’s happened to me now. They changed reservation at 7:30 pm the night before and customer service was closed to fix it. Had to deal with it same day couldn’t change it back and they added $100 to our ticket. Sickening and awful company

Had a reservation for a 26' truck here (after being messed up by a few other locations), went to pick up the truck only to see some other customer driving it off the lot. Moving day tomorrow with no truck, what a joke.
