I needed help with a package and the staff was extremely helpful. I am very thankful they were able to help me solve my issue.

My package was accidentally forwarded due to a glitch in the mail room, not the post office fault at all. They caught my package before it was sent out and I was able to pick it up. They went above and beyond to help me figure out what exactly happened. I truly appreciate it!

Went in to mail something certified, return receipt, and they had no receipts. Furthermore, the big black guy behind the counter want to cop an attitude when I questioned him about it. Typical.
