Great new General manager. Glad to see things change for the better. I had a problem with a table and chairs that had some issues with it and had the ability to choose something else that was suitable for me.

The only person here that has any respect for anyone is William. My son was called a liar when he has a receipt showing he paid on his bill. And the Manager got loud with me and was very unprofessional. Yes I did get loud right back. Do not ever recommend this Aaron's in Culpeper. Need better management. And some less stuck up people.

I glad to chat with the manager name Dane help me to good one option and fixed it an issue but wanted to say thank you for this gentleman. Aaron's more friendly and help me some of parts. I would love to come there sometime whenever what I want to order it but what if I need to do but I appreciate it. Aaron's ever the best!

purchased furniture oct, 2020 and was offered 4 mos int free autopay with cc. co has continued to charge my card after acctwas paid in full, and in spite of assuring me this was an error ontheir part, they have just done it again. Totally! incompedent outfit, terrible customer service.

Never rent from them. They are a money trap with very BAD customer service skills! I will never rent from them again. This is my 3rd lease with them and my absolute last! I have switched to rent a center we have not had one issue with them and the customer service is top notch!

Have had service with them for 4 years. And finally had enough of paying more than what the furniture is worth. Last payment they over charged me, and have been trying to get my refund for a month. Was told it was something on Corporant’s end, so then it was manually done at the store, was told to wait 7-10 business days still haven’t seen it. They give you a time frame but show up 2-3 hours after the window hours. The manager is nice and does everything to help but it’s a disfunctional business.

They are crooks, we had gotten a ps4 from there and come to find out it wouldn’t download any games and kept kicking you out of games. We only had it for 4 days and when we went to go return it they wouldn’t give me my money back nor let me get another system. They said we had to return in back within 24 hours but nobody told me that and when I said that all the manager could say was “we don’t have to tell you that” they are rude and takes everyone’s money. They laughed at me when I said just give me the system back because I didn’t want my money going to waste and they wouldn’t even give it back. Plus supposably once someone takes something back and if they owe money on it the next customer has to pay what the last customer owed. I would not recommend Aaron’s even on my death bed.

I have been dealing with them for 6 years I've paid off my prior agreement early . Let get to this agreement I asked them to pick up my washer because they are over priced four times so i got the brand new samsung set for the quarter of the price straight out . They were suppose to pick up the washer many times but did not . Now we are on cov19 and they want to come in my house to pick up I dont think so .I sat outside unit

If I could leave a negative star I would. have been trying to get in touch with Julie at the Culpeper Location for 3 days now. I have left messages to call me back but unfortunately I doubt that the guy that has been answering the phones have told her. I have call numerous times and the guy that answers the phone states she is busy. This customer service is extremely terrible.
