Ordered a front windshield wiper motor for my vehicle yesterday morning, as it decided to fail on a rainy day. It wasnt in stock and was told it would arrive at 1:30p.m. Returned around 3 p.m. to pick it up and pay for it to find out it, along with a few other orders coming from another store had been cancelled, because they didnt have it i think. It was put in again and i was told it would arrive at 4:30. I leave and return about 4:40p.m. and the driver was running behind. Didnt arrive till a few minutes after 5p.m., only to find out the part wasnt brought with what did come in. Employee got on the phone and had difficulty getting in touch with the hub, and then told them to make sure it came in 1st thng, and after wasting a solid portion of my day and missing work opportunities as an uber partner/instacart shopper, i left after deciding id go somewhere else.. the last time id ordered a transmission filter and a couple other things.. ended up with a box with the gasket and no filter, and got a refund and went somewhere else snd got what was needed. I dont think ill be going to this location any time soon again. In store experience was solid but orders being botched at the worst times, thats whats been consistent.

The store itself is as you'd expect, just your average car parts shop. The staff though, that's where they shine. Knowledgeable with or without their computers nearby. Went in for a battery swap, I dropped a bracket in my engine compartment... the dude helping me went above and beyond. He spent the better part of 20 minutes squeezing his arm down until he finally retrieved it for me, this is AFTER we failed to get it with a grabby claw. Excellent staff!

It Trully is great to be able to walk in and get the help you need and also they will change your battery out forts free after you have paid for it they will do a Dianostic on your vehicle to see what's making your vehicle run ruff and if they can't get the part for you they will check to see where you can get it!! I failed an inspection for wiper blades and a low beam headlight, came here for parts and they were very helpful. Can't remember the name of the first gentleman that helped me but he got me setup with blades and the bulb I needed. He even offered to put the new blades on and showed me how to do it for next time, incredibly helpful. I went back the next day because I decided I wanted to return the 1 bulb for a pair of better bulbs. The lady that helped me with the exchange and picking new bulbs was also very helpful. Would absolutely recommend this place and I'll be back when I need more parts or advice.

Good evening everybody. Like the Bible says "through knowledge," a man increases his strength and I was certainly weakened by the lack of knowledge pertaining to how to pinpoint what was wrong with my car. However, David came to the rescue by first narrowing down the exact code I needed and then proceeded to explain thoroughly the possible things that could be wrong and the most cost effective way to fix it. The knowledge he gave me was very well rounded and he didn't sugarcoat the cost of repairing it. Great job David. Dios te bendiga

Traveling from Luray to Maryland we had truck problems. We stopped at advance auto in culpeper. My husband went in and ask for some help and James Y. brought out testers, check out the truck determined alternator was bad, had the replacement in stock, and helped us find a mobile mechanic to changed the alternator. James was awesome, great customer service, thank you.
