Don't share this publicly, but since we've been using yall for years I wanted to leave an honest review. When I got Mossy she was dirty and had a hard and crusted mouth. Getting the gold package which we always get, is not worth the extra charge. Alpha just isn't the place it once was.
Please take this review not as unkind or grumpy, but one hoping we can keep expecting the excellent services we've had in the past.

Huck’s first day at Alpha must have gone perfectly. He was tired but energetic and happy when he got home. His next visit is today and he started to get excited when we turned down Brandy Road about a mile from the Resort. He thinks this is the best place in the world and for an active English Setter puppy we think it must be. Alpha is providing all the experiences and socialization that a puppy needs.We love it.

I loved that Micky worked with me her husband took the time to meet me on drop off and reassure Roc-Ky's stay. The staff wasted no time showing me around and giving me a detailed tour of the facility while answering all my questions. Roc-Ky really enjoyed his stay and will be going back again in the near future.

Responsive and friendly customer service; nice and comfy for our dogs. A little pricey when compared to other similar places in the area.

We boarded our 3 month old puppy here while we had to be away for a few days. Everyone was very friendly and we received several updates (with pictures!) while we were gone. Our girl seemed to enjoy her time with the staff and playing with other dogs. We’ll definitely use Alpha again.

Always great customer service! All the employees are kind, caring and professional. Our two dogs enjoy going to the daycare at Alpha Pet Resort. We have been using this service for about 3 years. I always feel our dogs are well taken care of.
