Save your time, health and sanity and go elsewhere . This place is the worst place I have ever visited. I am not calling them a business or health care office because these peole know nothing about business or health.They also don't give a damn for your time. They hung up the phone on my when I called them. They wasted two hours of my life waiting in a waiting room when there was no one else but me in their "place". They repeated every examination I had already gone through in my Ophthalmologist's office a week prior to my visit with them yet they refused to ask the opthalmologist for the results of those tests and wanted to repeat it so they could charge Medicare and my secondary insurance and still they could not obtain the pictures they wanted They had no optometrist in the location and they used virtual visit with some Bozo in Florida who told me to reschedule and come back two weeks later. This place is ran by three women that ran sround joking with each other and giggling like children. One of them, a latino from Mexico was so rude and so impolite that I thought she was that way on purpose because they were making a video for "America's funniest Videos" or "Candid Camera" or something similar.I will never go there again and I recommend you take my advice and go elsewhere to get your glasses.

Easy to set appointment online, and sent reminders for appointment.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Optometrists are the best!! Will definitely keep going there.

Completely happy with the customer service skills of Janice at the Culpeper location.Janice listens, she makes an assessment, then Janice acts to make things happen.She was focused on making certain that my concerns were addressed and she most certainly wants the customer to leave the store feeling good about their purchase. She truly cares about her customers and not just getting a sale.My doctor failed to provide an accurate prescription but once the store received the correct faxed prescription Janice acted on it to make my experience an awesome one. Janice exceeded my expectations far above what I ever expected.Thank you again Janice for such a memorable experience. Looking forward to receiving my new pair of glasses.

AMAZING service at this location. Thank you to each of the 4 employees at the front of the store that were all super helpful, friendly and patient with me today as I tried on nearly all of the frames in the entire store. I will definitely be recommending your store and this location in particular. Thank you so much! You all made my day.

Janice was absolutely amazing! She helped me with making sure my new glasses included all the features I could benefit from without breaking the bank. She called me as soon as my contacts arrived as well as my glasses, as she knew I was ready to be able to see again!

Back to back appointment with my kids. 2nd year in a row that they take them out of order and we wait. Between for services. Would not recommend if you have multiple appointments.

Arrived early for my appointment, then waited over an hour for the Tele-medicine doc... ended up walking out without the exam after I was told there were still people in front of me. Odd, as I was the only patient in the waiting area.

I had the best time/experience at America’s Best! From Mayra welcoming me into the store, to Samantha doing my initial screening, to Madison completing my exam with the doctor. To the doctor virtually explaining my results to me. As well as Mayra going over and beyond in trying her best to get me comfortable with the glasses they had at the store. They all did a phenomenal job in making my experience comfortable and in my perspective the best visit I had in a eye doctors office. Great job ladies!!!

As first time customers, there are not enough positive words to explain our visit at Americas Best! The staff in its entirety were helpful, but Janice is the best!! She made our buying experience the best!! When you visit the Culpeper location we highly recommend asking for Janice!

This was my first experience having an eye exam via "zoom", or whatever platform. Not at all impressed/comfortable with this, impersonal technology - which seems to be more expensive. I was, however, impressed with the in-person assisting. technologist's skill and personal approach. DWW
