There’s an older gentleman working there always gives me a hard time it seems for being Hispanic I’ve been there several times I see that he treats other people better. He always gets the store manager for everything I was there on August 1, 2024 he got his manager to tell me about Store policy Once I started walking out, I heard them laughing at me That’s not professional For store manager to do that.

I had a disappointing experience at the AutoZone store with the manager Cris he was so rude and when I was outside trying to talk to one of the coworkers that was helping out on something I could not hear anything because one of his coworkers I guess was on break or something he had músic blasting and I told the manager and he didn’t do anything about it.There seemed to be a lack of customer service skills in the staff in general.

I had a disappointing experience at the AutoZone store on June 12th around 9:30 pm. The employee working that shift was not as courteous or helpful as I would expect. There seemed to be a lack of customer service skills among the staff in general. I hope that the store can work on improving its customer service to provide a more positive shopping experience for all customers.

This is by far one of the best AutoZone locations in the state of Virginia and I'm not exaggerating. Just the other day I was blessed by assistant manager Tim who helped me out a great deal to get what I'd needed at the time. Not to mention, Ronald and Overi (not sure how that is spelled). Just recently, I had to go to the AutoZone to get a new bracket because id mistakenly thrown away my other after getting a new battery, and assistant manager Chris not only located a bracket that could be compatible with my battery, but even went above and beyond to put it on after I had some complications. I appreciate the superb customer service that I always seem to get at this location. Thank you Jesus and thank you AutoZone for exuding compassion, care and excellent customer service. God bless you and your entire staff in Jesus Name

Really disappointed they didn't stand behind their product for an exchange. There's an Advance Auto just a couple blocks down the road.
