This is by far one of the best AutoZone locations in the state of Virginia and I'm not exaggerating. Just the other day I was blessed by assistant manager Tim who helped me out a great deal to get what I'd needed at the time. Not to mention, Ronald and Overi (not sure how that is spelled). Just recently, I had to go to the AutoZone to get a new bracket because id mistakenly thrown away my other after getting a new battery, and assistant manager Chris not only located a bracket that could be compatible with my battery, but even went above and beyond to put it on after I had some complications. I appreciate the superb customer service that I always seem to get at this location. Thank you Jesus and thank you AutoZone for exuding compassion, care and excellent customer service. God bless you and your entire staff in Jesus Name

Online says they have a part and they never do. Hardly stock any parts for vehicles. May as we’ll be an oil and auto retailer supply shop.

Wanted to thank Christopher H and the assistant store manager Chris for all their help today. They went above and beyond, customer service of that level is rare these days. They made an exchange easy and even though I had to travel to Fredericksburg to get a part, Chris called first to make sure it was there and ready. They also notified them that we had left a bracket and held it for us until we got back. He took the time to make sure the part I received was correct and satisfactory.

Monday July 17 traveling from Luray, va to Maryland our truck was losing power and eventually quit running after pulling into autozone parking lot. My husband went in asking for someone to use their tester to see what was the problem. The man there, with a British accent, said he could not help us since check engine light was not displaying, nothing was displaying no power. He just turned us away. I will never use autozone again, very disappointing customer service.BTW, we managed to jump the truck and drive to the advance auto in culpeper, they bent over backwards to help us and get us back on the road. Autozone should take some customer service lessons from advance auto.

The store manager Sonya is great, she made fixing a issue I had her 1st priority and didn’t move on or give up until the issues was resolved, thanks again for all the help & thanks to everyone else who’s name I didn’t get

AutoZone staff were great they helped me find the right part for my truck & at a good price I recommend.... I tried NAPA here in Culpeper earlier very disappointing it was more like visiting a frat house.

Store clerks are rude as hell. I’m the only person at the register in the entire store at about 6:55 pm, the clerk (young guy with a long curly ponytail, didn’t catch the name) taking his leisurely time to put back parts throughout the store. So I finally go seek him out for him to tell me “I’m putting stuff away.” So I say well I need help! His reply…”I’m doing my job.” So apparently bc putting stuff back is also a part of his job it takes precedence over helping a customer physically standing and waiting for you. Needless to say it was worth going a mile up the street to Advance Auto to receive polite customer service.
