battlefield chevrolet of culpeper is some shit!! purchased a 2020 malibu 3300 miles on june 1st ,june2nd had to take it back because the radiator was leaking had to be replaced, they kept it for about a week... pick it up, the next morning the floor board soak n wet the windows foggy, head light out,,,, they say bring it back dont check anything besides put a bulb in the light. call them everyday to get an appointment they say they need to see whats going on word of mouth isnt helping....so 3 weeks into having the car after only driving it for a week the alarm goes off windshield wipers going by themselves, call them tell them ,messaging them etc they say send a video....so 5weeks in the. car shuts down, break light wont go off car running from auto start but wont start, get it towed to the dealership,,,,,only for them to say a nest of spiders clogged the ac valve which caused it to flood out which caused it to then get it to wires etc....bull**** ......now they want to get insurance involved for a car that was only driven 3whole weeks and had problems from the first day!!! battlefield chevrolet of culpeper,,,,,,,

When my wife and I found this 2021 Mazda CX-9 Carbon Edition online, we were excited but quite reluctant to travel to a dealership almost 1.5 hrs from the DMV. But our sales consultant Elijah was extremely responsive, communicative, and straightforward. Based on our research, I was confident this was the car we wanted. So we were able to reach an agreement in principle via text, email, and phone calls prior to us driving out there for a test drive. When we arrived, all the paperwork was prepared, and we fell in love with the car during our test drives. Plus, my 2 kids had a clean comfortable place to watch their iPads while we did business. But most important, the customer service was exceptional, and Elijah and his manager Jeremy streamlined a process that always and agonizingly took hours at every other dealership I've worked with. We were there for less than 1.5 hrs. And we later found out that multiple people were strongly interested in the Mazda, but Elijah held it for us until we arrived. Bottom line: we highly recommend Battlefield Chevrolet! It's worth making the trip from metro DMV!

I had a fantastic experience using Battlefield Auto to purchase my 2023 Chevy Trailblazer. The customer serivce was great from start to finish. I even received a note from my sales associate, Peter Daigle, weeks after my purchase to ensure I was still happy with everything (which I was!). After moving to the DMV about 5 years ago my husband and I discovered Battlefield Auto through word- of- mounth from friends and colleagues who had really positive experiences. They have been the only dealership we've used to purchase cars since... and will not look back! They are a family run business who seem to priroitize customer service. On a couple of occassions, I've met two of the family members, Brandon and Steve, who are genuine guys that are grateful for your business and offer to help in anyway they can. The prices are fair and the people are just warm -hearted and easy to work with. Grateful to have found them!
