Great experience start to finish! I recently traveled from out of town to purchase a pre-owned vehicle from Battlefield Toyota and Shaun and Nate were immensely helpful throughout the whole process. They happily answered all my questions and accommodated my requests for gathering additional information about the vehicle prior to me coming to see it in person. Shaun took lots of photos and videos for me on different aspects of the vehicle so that I could get a really good understanding of the vehicle’s condition and Nate worked with the dealership to ensure nobody else swooped in and bought the car out from under me. Upon arrival the dealership was super nice / clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Both Nate and Shaun were there to greet me in person and guide me through the purchasing process and the car was exactly as described and in immaculate condition. Highly recommend working with Battlefield Toyota if you are in the market for a new / used vehicle. (Ask for Shaun!)Thanks guys, super happy with my new ride!

Shaun and Arnold made our purchased the best experience ever!!!!After emailing multiple dealerships Battlefield Toyota was the most responding and straightforward dealership. They were very honest and answered every question I had. They weren't pushy at all and we never felt any pressure. I think the best thing is that they didn't have a markup price. We are very happy with our new RAV4 2023. We'll come back to purchase our next car.

I have been looking for a Tacoma for some time. Channing who showed me a sport was great. She found me a off road on the last day of the month. We came in at 6 pm and she was with another customer. Erika Alvarez took care of us. She was amazing. If you are looking for a sales associate either of these ladies you should ask for.Arnold the sales manager is what a sales manager should be like. Most are great during and pre sale. Arnold has been great post sale. I had an issue with washer sprayer not working properly. He got me in with Robert in service who got me right in. Arnold also got my tacoma detailed since we bought it close to closing.Erika in finance was amazing. Really appreciate her getting us out of there quickly. We arrived at 6 and were out by 8:00. If your gonna buy make sure she is working and can assist. You won't regret it.The shuttle associate is so pleasant. I really enjoyed my ride to and from home while my truck was being detailed.I have to say that Battlefield Toyota has that small town feel about it. Everyone is so friendly and great at what they do. My experience with them I hope leads you to at least give them a try.

Had a fabulous experience with Battlefield Toyota purchasing my new hybrid RAV4. Jeff worked with me to help me find the perfect vehicle for me. He was patient as I turned down car after car that became available at the dealership until I found exactly what I was looking for. As my vehicle was still in the build phase when I first put a deposit on it, Jeff kept me posted on when the build was completed and each time the anticipated date of arrival at the dealership changed. I was pleasantly surprised when the car came in well ahead of schedule. When I went to pick up my car, Jeff was out of town so I had the pleasure of working with Shaun to complete the purchase. Shaun was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to set everything up to my preference. He was friendly and personable as we waited for the finance department to be ready for me. I have owned the car for a week now and have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend Battlefield Toyota if you are in the market for a vehicle, and if you are on the fence about going hybrid, you should go for it.

I own a Camry, Dodge, and my some members have a Toyota. The place is top notch. The customer waiting lounge has a big flat screen TV, 4 messaging chairs, coffee, and a mini fridge with water. Each time I brought my vehicles, there Elvis always greeted me well. At one time, my daughter was in town, and her high lander brake master sender went bad. He did a great job on finding a used one that was not being manufactured new anymore. And provided a loaner so she can get to work. Overall, Culpepr Battlefield Toyota center is the best.

Phil, Ben and the team were extremely responsive and made the car buying experience an excellent one. They stayed true to their word on everything and the process went seamlessly. For someone who had to coordinate the purchase remotely and drove 4 hrs just to pickup the car, it’s very appreciated that they made the process as easy as possible. Top notch! I’d go back for my next car!

I went to Culpeper Toyota to look at a Highlander. Erika Alverez showed me the vehicle. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the demo. I was ready to buy. The experience all went south when her manager was called in to discuss my offer, and stated that he was unwilling to discuss any offer, and the list price was the final price. I walked out. She called me the next day and offered to get another manager involved and discuss options. Her initiative and creative persistence resulted in reduced sales price and a sale.Erika sets the standard for sales excellence -- before and after the sale. I have asked her for numerous answers about the computerized features of the vehicles and she has researched and provided answers to all my questions.You won't find a more knowledgeable, helpful, and industrious sales consultant than Erika. Highest possible recommendation.

I’m in the market for a new vehicle and remembered my experience with this dealership and thought I would share. I went last year to inquire about a Rav-4 and when I sat down to go over numbers I was told that a bank would never allow me to finance more than what my previous car loan was which was around $10,000 & therefore I could not get a rav-4 off of this lot considering they were priced over that amount. I left to “think about it” but ultimately went to another dealership out of state and was able to get a great vehicle for much more than what Battlefield Toyota told me a bank would never approve me for. It was a very disheartening experience and leads me to believe that since I went alone to inquire I was seen as young and naïve and so they ultimately wanted to convince me to go for an old used car on the back of the lot. Thats not what I wanted & I wish I was respected more as a customer. Unfortunately I don’t believe I will ever purchase from any of the Battlefield dealerships based off of this experience.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Battlefield and it was a tremendous experience! I was in and out in less than an hour (Yes, I did send some information prior to picking up the vehicle) and this is the third vehicle I have purchased from them. I would like to thanks Phillip, Luke and Paul for making this transaction as easy as possible for me. I would highly recommend going to Battlefield if you want great customer service along with a fairly priced vehicle.

Just bought a new car from Mike DeNobel at Battlefield Toyota a pleasure to work with and couldn't be happier with the process or outcome. My wife and I were looking for a new hybrid Highlander to replace the 2015 non-hybrid model that we have been driving for 9 years. Mike was a straightforward and transparent every step of the way and kept us well-informed at al times. I'd buy another car from him any day and would recommend him without reservation to my family and friends.

Doing business with Battlefield Toyota was seamless. I drove just under two hours to find the used truck I was looking for & I recommend without reservation Mike & the entire Battlefield Toyota team. The trip was worth it!!! Mike de Nobel, the salesman I worked with is the consummate professional. Battlefield Toyota is Five Stars all the way! From the initial email, to the follow up phone call, test drive, closing sale, final handshake and key handoff - his honesty, effort, and transparency reflect great credit upon himself, his manager, the dealership, and the entire Toyota sales enterprise. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience with the purchase of my 2022 Tundra at Battlefield Toyota. Jeff Roberts was a perfect salesman. No pressure and to the point. I was in and out in just a couple hours. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. Drove from Morgantown WV to make this purchase. I can’t remember the young ladies name in finance, but she was very nice and informative too. My next Toyota purchase will be at Battlefield. Thank you.

I just want to add on to the wonderful accolades for Battlefield Toyota. They do it all perfectly from the moment you hit the parking lot until you leave and beyond.My experience began with with my sales rep Michael de Noble. It’s a Tuesday, a very hot Tuesday, at lunch time. I was thinking I’d never get a sales rep until after lunch. Oh, and did I mention that we were under a tornado watch. To top it off, I was driving an old car with horrible paint. I parked right in front of the show room expecting to see sales reps bailing out like rats leaving a sinking ship.But, no. Before I got to the door, Michael was there to greet me. I already knew which car I wanted. Michael had the keys in his hand and away we went for a test ride. He showed me how everything worked and explained the details of the car. He was very knowledgeable and just a great guy. He got me through the process in no time.I purchased a Forerunner and I can’t tell you how happy I am with car. They went out of their way to make sure that I got the most out of the remaining warranty and all else in the deal.All I can say, is that I highly recommend Michael and Battlefield Toyota very highly.

My wife and I bought a 2020 Ford Ecosport on July 1st from Mike DeNoble. He was one of the best salespersons I ever had. My wife hates going to dealerships, but even she had a good experience. Mike was friendly, courteous, professional, and didn't drag out the process at all. Emily Schuyler, the Finance Manager, was also friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. Nobody tried to sell us a bunch of 'fluff' that we weren't interested in. I'd recommend Battlefield Toyota, and especially these two people, to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
