I was looking for a specific phone and while this store did not have it in stock, the staff called me the day the desired phone arrived. Hugo in particular was extremely helpful both days. Other area Boost stores were not helpful. Many of them don't even answers calls to the store. I credit Hugo and the staff in Culpeper's helpfulness with my decision to not abandon Boost all together!

DONT HERE.. MASKED AT THE DOOR.. IN THE STAGE WHERE MASKS ARE NOT REQUIRED IF YOU HAVE BEEN VACCINATED. THEN THE PERSON GOUNG WITH ME HAD SEVERE ASPMA BUT AAS REFUSED TO ENTER COMPLETELY. NEEDLESS TO SAT TGEY JUST LOST 2 BUSINESS ACCOUNTS WITH MULTIPLE LINES MONTHLY AND ABOUT 30 OTHER PATRONS THAT ARE BOOST CUSTOMERS. RUNNING TO ABITHER CARRIER NOW.. SCREW BOOSTMOBILE!!

(warrenton va store)---No phones available.store employee at a loss for info .had to call someone to answer questions.store never open on time or closes early .also can't/ won't process phone upgrades at warrenton store plus always talking on personal cellphones while you shop. .(CULPEPER va southgate store)****Go to culpeper boost*****.they were efficient and helpful.stay out of warrenton store.this 4 star rating is for the boost mobile store at southgate in culpeper va.the warrenton va store deserves a 0 stars.

Usually okay but I went into the store to pay my internet and he refused to take my payment because I didn't have a mask on yet he did not have one on himself...he offered to sell me one for a dollar ! So he would take my money for a mask but not my bill! I have a medical condition which tried to tell him he did not care so needless to say I won't be going back in there ... It's not a law to wear a mask just because the governor said to.. he ain't doing nothing but trying to make extra money

i went into boost on monday and bought a new sims card for my phone paid $25.00 for it the 2 employees guarnteed it was the right card and would work. so i trusted that get home it does not work i call back over to boost and was told by the manager that he would work on it and call me back in just a few 4 hours go by no call so i drive 40 mins back to the store to be told the manager is not there and they will not refund my money altho it was 100 percent their fault for not selling me the right card for the phone... that i could wait around for a hour to talk to the manager (like anyone has time for that) so i left and here it is almost wednesday and nothing has been done to fix the issue.... i am beyond aggervated with the situtation and shocked that they do not even care to please their customers especially a customer of 3 years.......
