Virginia Bison Company at Cibola Farms is a local business with a great selection of high-quality bison meat. Customers find the meat to be very good, some of the best they have ever had, and a great, healthier alternative to beef. The shop is very well organized, clean, and well stocked with a wide variety of frozen cuts. The staff is friendly, great, and knowledgeable. The location is nice, offering a scenic ride with walking trails to enjoy. Many drive out to stock up, highly recommend the experience, and plan to return. It is also a place to walk around the farm and see the bison.

Always a great visit. So relaxing to, basically, do nothing! No amenity is missed here. Our second visit and we will be back next year. They have a bunch of new cabins open and coming, but they are still nicely spaced out for maximum privacy. Just go!
