Not friendly at all. I was trying to get something notarized, but had the wrong form. This would not have been a problem, but It was how the information was communicated from the associate. Her attitude and general demeanor was rude.
As a small business owner just trying to get things started with my own company, I felt like I was treated poorly because I haven’t generated income from the company yet and thus, am a “low income/no income” person. The document showed that I made no income from the past 30 days, which is what I was trying to get notarized. Again, I realize I had the wrong form. The problem was not that I was unable to get the document I brought in notarized, but how I was treated when this was being communicated.
I’m disappointed that another small business in our community would treat a potential customer this way and I will not be returning, especially after my business gets up and running.
If you are a small business owner, I’d steer clear of this place.

Cute little shop with just about everything you'd need. Plenty of parking out front. The staff were very kind and professional. I made a return, and apparently can't read directions, but the man behind the counter was very understanding and helpful.

1 star - This location has decided to interpret the definition of a firearm under 18 U.S.C., § 921(a)(3) to be just about any component of a firearm and will not ship!Don't come here to ship chassis, scope rings, sights, grips, rails, triggers, muzzle brakes, toy water guns, toys that look like guns, etc. They don't want your business.

Anyone who has issues with the service and merchandise offered at this establishment should go elsewhere, they are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and offer money saving solutions when they are available. I have used UPS across town and they were not in any way as helpful. 22 yrs. in this community, support LOCALLY owned business, it's the best for our community.

Eagle post has been a reliable place for me to get items printed and to ship! I’m always impressed with the quick turnaround and the positive experience that I have. It’s clear that they care for their customers and they care for the customer experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

My husband went into the location to make some copies. When he got there he saw they made business cards and at the moment we needed some more made. We decided to use them to see how they did. We had 500 business cards made. We went to pick them up and they are paper thin. Not even business card material. We will not be using Eagle Postal Express again. Would not recommend for business advertising.

Don't bother. I just moved to town. My sister graduated with the owner. No matter. They do not actually offer the advertised services. Just start with UPS across town. THEY are outstanding.
