Been coming here for a couple years now and this place is simply the best.
The owner is super nice and the staff are very friendly.
The prices are very fair and reasonable and they take good care of you. Very friendly for females looking to get reliable, fair priced, quality work without being made to feel like you know nothing about a vehicle. Highly recommend this place! We even moved to unionville and still would rather drive here for the peace of mind.

I took my Nissan murano to Gilmore’s for the ac not working and was told it would just need Freon which then turned to needing a compressor which was believable after having to sit there all day I was told that the ac was working fine on the test drive so I couldn’t see for myself because they wouldn’t give me the keys until paid for.After pulling out of the parking lot the ac was no better than it was before I came and was charged 1,050.00$ so i immediately turned around and took it back to be lied to again saying it was just working and then taking it back in the shop and telling me i would need a evaporator which would be another 1,500$!!!I was crying after leaving Gilmore’s and i would not recommend them to anyone they take advantage of helpless people in bad situations!!So a week goes by and I find another mechanic to take a look at it and long and behold the system just needed Freon so either Gilmore’s which is “supposedly “a shop with trained technicians couldn’t do a simple charging on the system or they were trying to capitalize and make another 1,500 but we shall see when the court dates a set!

Nice staff. However; every..single..time, they leave my car filthy. Most times, the grime comes off with car cleaning wipes, but at times, I am even left with permanent stains on the interior cloth roof, sun visors, and leather door handles. This time I took photos, to hold the mechanics accountable, especially because I always keep my car clean. I personally feel as though they shouldn’t be blind to the fact that their hands are so dirty, that it is leaving dirt & stains in customers cars. Not very pleased, after yet another service.

Jeremy at Gilmores towing needs a raise! He not only helped me when my car was on the side of the road with my 4 little girls, but he helped check out my vehicle to see what could be the issue. 5 stars isn’t enough. Thank you Gilmores towing

I just did an oil change on my elderly mom's car. Hot damn! I had to use a breaker bar to remove the oil filter. So I was wondering who the hell did the oil change last time. There happens to be a window sticker and it said Gilmore Auto Service. Enough said.

Thanks to all the efforts made by the folks at Gilmore's Auto Service for providing me with peace of mind on the preowned vehicle that I was interested in buying. I took the car to them as I trusted their opinion. They looked it over, pointed out minor issues about the car (which were not deal breakers on buying it) and ensured me that it was worth what the seller was asking. I highly recommend them.

After an accident that was not my fault my car was towed to Gilmores. It sat in their yard for almost 7 weeks while the insurance company slowly processed the claim due to lack of response from the other driver, who caused the accident. Needless to say during that time it accumulated a large storage fee. The insurance company only paid me a small amount on storage but by that time it had been sitting in there for seven weeks and I just needed to get the claim settled and get back in a vehicle. I talked with the manager Derek and he expressed that I had not received a fair deal from the insurance company, but that he was willing to work with me. A few days later, I was able to get everything settled with him, he was extremely fair and worked everything out with me when he could have just said that it wasn’t his problem. I will definitely be recommending Gilmores to anyone in the future, they are very honest and fair people to work with, and they really helped me out in a tough situation.
