One of the best thrift stores I've ever been to. Other ladies who were shopping there were complimenting it as well, saying it's way better than the Goodwill stores in Fredericksburg or Charlottesville. The clothes are separated by color and style which makes it SO easy to look for anything particular. The other items are organized by color and well displayed. The employees that I've interacted with have always been kind, friendly, and helpful. Well done, Culpeper Goodwill!

Fairly good thrift store but on the small side. The dvd section has a good amount but the rest of the merchandise is kinda sparse.

Manager guy with bald head is very rude and didn’t even thank us for bringing the items which were all very good as I am selling my house and purposely had good items packed to take to goodwill and separate items to the dump. He didn’t even say thank you even though twice I said thank you he didn’t say nothing. Will take my next run of items to Full Circle down the road. Maybe they will be grateful. Goodwill has gone downhill.

Get rid of that manager(S), been going here for a while (10yr plus) never seen this man before at this location and had the very first bad experience there. He over priced a mini monitor stand then when I asked for a screwdriver to take apart the desk i fully inspected I just purchased, him and another employee decided to carry it out as it was falling apart then say it came like this.. not a pleasant person to work with. Highly frustrated

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with Goodwill the manager told me that the price on the sticker was too low that I had to pay more and then charge me three times with the sticker originally said I would definitely never go to Culpeper Goodwill again and I love Goodwill stores the Culpeper management is the worst I've ever seen

Donating at the Culpeper Goodwill store is very frustrating. I take time to clean items, make sure all pieces are included, and provide instruction manuals. Several months ago I donated a “bounce house”. On that occasion, staff made me wait until it was totally inflated before accepting it. Today they refused to accept a toddler bed. I guess I’ll put items on Craig’s list rather than travel there to have an unsatisfactory interaction.

Have been a loyal donator/customer to the goodwills around the area. I took a chair to donate (chair was bought from this goodwill) a lady came out all aggressive saying we dont want this chair its stained I said when did the goodwill get so picky?Will not be donating or shopping here anymore. No stars please.

High prices when the stuff is give to them. Rude employees. I was in today they had a primitive canisters and I wanted them so badly. But they had 3.99 on the small 4.99 on the medium and 6.99 on the large one wouldn't sell as a whole..Mexicans are going into the dressing rooms and pissing because they have no bathrooms sick of it. People need to do something about this place

I know all goodwill s are different, however this one has some of the most ridiculous prices I have seen. i've found dollar store items priced at 3 bucks, coffee mugs that Walmart still sells new for less than they have them marked, and items the were priced and put on the shelf clearly broken. their prices do not reflect actual value, as i have often heard them breaking unsold glassware in the back.
