All of the tools are junk and for anybody thinking of getting a harbor freight credit card if you get the card and always make the payment on time and never carry a balance just beware that they are going to cut your Credit limit down without giving you any notice so that it alters your credit score Just for committing the Almighty sin of always keeping the bill paid off the store and their credit card are trash. I would give zero stars but it’s not an option.

We like the prices and the selection of tools, but the customer service at the Culpeper Store can use some training from the Manassas Store! No greeting when you walk in, no one asks if you need help, employees texting on their phones ignoring customers or even while talking to customers, employees with their pants hanging down and underwear showing and acting frustrated that they have to help find something for you. Very disappointing compared to the great service one gets at the Manassas Store!
