“I had an outstanding experience with the Culpeper Tractor Supply, especially thanks to Christie.

After reading reviews about sprayers being sold with missing parts, I called the store before making the drive. Christie went above and beyond by walking outside, inspecting the sprayer herself, taking photos, and texting them to me so I could verify that the pump was still on the unit.

When I arrived, she personally loaded the sprayer into my truck with a forklift.

After I got home and started assembling it, I discovered that the boom assembly was missing. I called the store, and Christie immediately went back outside, inspected their other sprayer, sent me additional photos, and confirmed it still had the boom. When I returned, the store transferred the boom from the other unit so I could complete my sprayer.

These sprayers are displayed as open units rather than sealed in boxes, and parts can apparently go missing before they're sold. What impressed me was how Christie handled the situation. She was proactive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making things right.
