I have been a repeat customer of this location for years! The customer service is beyond fantastic! One employee in particular Dane, always has a huge smile and a great attitude he has been so helpful and knowledgeable and makes my time here a pleasant experience instead of one I dread. This will be the only place I get my oil changed for years to come! Two thumbs up!

I have been coming to Culpepers Jiffy Lube Multicare for years, the crew in the bay are always so friendly. I described my issue with my car to the service advisor, Dane, and he was able to tell me what was causing the issue. Very knowledgeable with vehicles. Ordered parts, and kept me informed with the process. Very pleasant experience. Dane, in my mind, is a keeper. Big thumbs up!

They didn’t have the ability to change a filter. Very disappointing for something that they are supposed to be able to do. They passed the buck and I went to Jiffy Lube in Warrenton and they squared me away.

Oil change has gotten crazy expensive. The manager who was very friendly and helpful has been there for years was not there, service was okay.

I called and asked about my oil change a day before. The rep Brian said yes we can service tour car and put me on hold to verify they have a filter. He came back and said yes but when I got there they said they didn’t have any filters so they couldn’t service my car. Unacceptable!

Absolutely incredible service my daughter and I stopped in for an oil change. Despite being busy the tech was extremely thorough and even gave my daughter a treat and a hat while we waited! Amazing customer service!!!

I’ve been to a lot of Jiffy Lubes over the years and in many states, as I travel for work.This is by far the best Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick and efficient. The main manager Jarret is what all managers should be. You can tell he’s a professional and that the guys respect him. You don’t ever want to lose this guy because managers like him are few and hard to find.When I pull in until I’m ready to leave they treat me with respect and kindness!

I took my truck in for an oil change and the gentleman that helped me was quick, kind, and very informative. I ended up needing an engine flush as well. I got an update every step of the way about what they were doing and why they were doing it. I highly recommend giving Jiffy Lube your business!
