If you are looking for your right to privacy to be completed disregarded, your personal information disclosed to outside parties, and incredulous unprofessionalism Jo's Tax services is right for you. Do not trust these people with your information, it is not safe with them. If I could give them no stars I would. A shambling shack desperately clinging to relevancy in an industry that has outgrown them when everything they offer can and should be done online.

It has become apparent to me that one of the services provided at Jo’s is to offer the private information of their clients to anyone that asks. If you value your privacy and want your information to remain confidential, I suggest your search elsewhere for your tax needs.

I cannot say it enough ... Joann and her staff are exceptional. I just moved to area... needed a top notch tax preparer... A neighbor recommended Jo’s Tax service... OMG .., I have a very complex Business tax return ... They did my tax returns, showed me errors made on my previous 2 years returns. Set me up for success for filing in 2020. Five stars!!!

Donnie helped so much with my trust taxes. He didn't just gather the information and move to the next customer, he actually takes the time to sit and explain what he's doing, answer your questions. Great customer service. The office/waiting area could use a face lift but then again looks aren't everything!

Jo helped so much with my taxes this year. She has so much knowledge in this field that it makes your head spin. It's not a fancy place, but she does an excellent job at preparing your taxes.

If confidentiality, competence, or common sense are are traits that you value in a tax service, Jo's Tax Service is not the place for you. Your personal information and privacy are not respected at this establishment, rather, your personal information is something so trivial as to be given out freely over the phone to just anyone who happens to call. This tax service is a waste of land. A dying, shambling shack in a society that has technologically out-grown it.
