First time using their pharmacy:
Took a total of 4 days for script to be filled.
I Spoke with the Same pharmacist twice in 2 days and both times she hung up on me before I could get my question out. I recieved No call when prescription was ready, after being told I would receive a call once it was ready. Then found out it had been ready since the day prior to picking it up.
So, 1 star (should be 0) for poor customer service, and rude pharmacist, that hangs up on people and has no remorse for how long someone's been needing medicine.
I'll go back to Walmart, atleast it's decent customer service.

Martin's Pharmacy offers free COVID-19 vaccine, Mon to Fri, 10 am - 6 pmIf you work, sux being you!What were they thinking?? They trying to keep from having to do vaccinations? "Oh, this'll keep vaccination traffic down, ho ho ho"?I like the store. I like the store employees. The pharmacy SUX.

I really don't even want to review this Martin's pharmacy because I love them so much. Probably the greatest group of pharmacists I've ever worked with. I have used every pharmacy you could think of for at least a year, Costco CVS Walgreens having long stents of 3 years plus. Martin's no matter how busy they are try their best to be polite and explain. If you build up a reputation and keep going to the same place not that you get any special treatment but If you are respectful and listen to them maybe they will be respectful and listen to you. Dealing with healthcare and medications is probably very stressful job considering some people's lives revolve around these issues. I'd say if you need a pharmacy pick martins they're usually stocked And I have noticed better quality people in general. Call me a terrible person I probably am.However great pharmacy great store Great pharmacists and if you're reading this I wish you and your loved ones love happiness and health cheers

Brought a whole chicken yesterday to have for dinner this evening…omg the smell of that thing is old and the date was still good ….I’ve got steaks here also and no good ..I’m done shopping here …this was really good and now idk

My 72 year old father went to your location this evening and was SHOCKED to find that none of the employees were wearing ANY protective gear. They were also not following the recommended 6 ft of social distancing. When he raised his concern, not only would the manager not see him, the employee he spoke to explained that the staff was mandated to not wear protective gear so as to not cause 'undue alarm' with its customers. This is not only inhumane to Martin's and its staff, it puts the rest of our community at risk. This is absolutely unacceptable and must be corrected immediately.

This Martins is a good one. I live between Culpeper and Warrenton and always make the drive to this store because it's so much better than anything else locally.
