Next Generation Auto Body Repair Shop is top-notch. They were incredibly professional, fast, and reliable throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how understanding they were—communicating clearly and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The work was done quickly and flawlessly. They even expressed if the sensor calibration became an issue, they’d gladly take it back to fix it. Taylor was amazing!!! I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need auto body repairs again. Highly recommend!

Today, I headed out to take my dog to the vet with an injured leg. Bumped the side of my garage and popped out my front bumper. John popped it back in for me. Saving me lots of money and time. I can’t thank you enough . They are amazing, helpful and so friendly. My family couldn’t believe it when I brought the car back looking like new again. Nice to see such helpful and friendly service. Definitely a customer for life.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I had the most wonderful experience with Chris when he helped me install a new grill for my car. I have a nissan altima and unfortunately hit a deer the previous week, destroying the grill and part of the bumper. Since I'm on a budget, I bought a new grill on my own and asked Chris if he would be willing to install the part for me. He told me to come in the next day, and when I arrived he immediately dropped what he was doing and came outside to help. Right away, he saw the problem and knew how to fix it and managed to fasten the new grill perfectly to my damaged bumper. It was extremely generous of him to take the time to help me and was super kind and friendly, chatting with me throughout the whole repair. I could not have asked for a better experience or a more skilled repairman to fix my car. I highly recommend Next Gen Auto and will absolutely be going there the next time I hit a deer LOL

Excellent service and communication from all staff, repaired the paint on my show car and when I asked if they could have it ready for the weekend show they had it ready at 5p.m. Friday. Made the show and got Best in Show. Highly recommend this shop.
