6 registers 1 cashier at all times, maybe 2 max. The prices are phenomenal but the company should invest more in their employees. You can tell they are overworked and underpaid. Not a bad store, just a bad vibe. The company should probably consider additional training and team building activities. The employees should voice how all cash registers should be manned, or converted to self checkout. Good
deals.

I’m sorry but the worker Zach was rude when asked if they could change the price of an item because the sign was a specific price. He basically said oh well it’s going to be the higher price. Even tho there were an abundance of that same item there on the shelf with the lower price on the sign. I did ask politely and the other workers were great so nothing against them. Even the cashier looked surprised on how he responded. But he specifically didn’t want to do anything. Left a bad experience with me. If he’s the manager or assistant manager he needs to be retrained on customer service. Don’t care if you had a bad morning. Do better.

Just spent an hour and a half shopping just for the cashier/manager to waste all my time. Paid $185 and the cashier forgot to scan the barcode to discount the Halloween items. So the manager comes over and says she had to do a refund and rering the items.
She takes my receipt, she's taking forever so I ask what she's doing n she tells me she is refunding the ENTIRE receipt n I pay again. I told her refunds don't work like that, they're not instant. She proceeds doing the refund, telling me I'm wrong, she's done it before. I told her it's not going to work like that, she said we'll I've already done it, it'll work.
So now she tells me I owe $160. Mind u, it was only 4 little Halloween items that could have been fixed. So now, because AMAZINGLY the credit didn't work instantly like I told her, my card is declined. So I got nothing! But Ollie's lost out on that sale n trust I won't be back because that entire process was stupidity at it's finest!!

I loved visiting this store. They were well stocked and very neat. All associates were friendly as well. There was staff on the floor in case you had a question. That was a big plus especially when you couldn’t reach for what you wanted. The cashier was nice and polite which makes a big difference. Make you want to come back. Keep up the good work Ollies.
