They never come when they say, they’re supposed to come when we get to 15% they never have I have to continue to call them. Poor service and when I call I’m talking to a nice lady but she is in South Carolina?

Put in a request for refill January 11th. Still waiting. We are less than 5% as of today 2/25/26. This is the only problem we have ever had but the lack of proper communication to explain a 6 week delay is greatly frustrating.

Bought a new home no oil there. They service the home. Called for emergency oil and she said that she won’t help until I talk to a sales representative. Won’t be using this company for my account
