I drove my truck in there for a pre sale inspection. And had to pay to tow it home after paying $980 for an inspection and parts were left on my passenger floor board! They are not accommodating and use the term “family” as a marketing ploy. They are not even fair really when considering the circumstances.

The overall quality of the upper and lower ball joints is great. The only issue I had was with the hardware. Specifically, the lock washers. When tightening the nut, the lock washer caught on the nut and stretched the washer out. This happened to both washers on the lower ball joint. I ended up reusing the original washers and had no further issues. Please see attached picture.

My SUV has 135K miles on it. Took it to Ray’s for new brake pads, rotors, and struts. And it’s running like new! Price was also excellent! Thanks as always to the crew!

I was in a jam, needed immediate repair for some what of a small problem that I couldn't repair myself. I could not afford a long down time. Ray's understood and got me in. I was up and running and back to work the next day. The mechanic and front office staff were all professional, understanding, and helpful. I will be going back and recommend Ray's to every truck owner. Any size.
