I went into Starbucks with my girly and loved my matcha latte and proceeded to spill it on the floor (this was an accident). I asked Ben for a towel to clean it up, and he came out and mopped it for me and asked me if I wanted another drink. Thank you, Ben! RIP my matcha10/10 experience

I just stopped at Starbucks driving through, I did a mobile order and that was ready when I got there but I needed a gift card and I was never greeted by the Baristas. I was the only one standing at counter for 5 minutes and I finally asked are we not taking orders here and the girl Zoei looked at me and said yea sorry there’s only two of us and we’re busy, wait what? Excuse me? She took the time to walk over the the gentleman in the window taking orders and said something, he stopped taking orders to come ring me up. Very rude customer service Zoei and I will be complaining to higher up as well

Location is great. It’s Starbucks in general that disappoints me. After decades of drinking their coffee they have changed their beans. Poor quality, same price.

Management is rude. Talks down to customers. Other employees are super kind and helpful. The drinks are made well when management is off duty.

We came in earlier today & ordered 2 pistachio frappuccinos, the staff was nice, the area was clean but unfortunately the drinks were made incorrectly. Instead of our drinks being made with the coffee base (or cream base) syrup that's used to make frappuccinos smoother, espresso was used as a substitute. We were excited about Starbucks offering a pistachio flavor but the added espresso took away from the pistachio. 1 of the 2 frappuccinos was also ordered with whipped cream but didn't get any. The barista who made our drinks may have been new, she seemed confused. We've all been there as the "new person", being a Starbucks barista for years, I can understand the confusion. There are a lot of flavor options, combinations & pump numbers to memorize. It's a lot, especially for a new barista. With that being said, please make sure your baristas are trained thoroughly & quizzed to make sure they know their stuff before they work the bar alone! If they are struggling with drink making & no one is available to guide them through the process step by step(in this case because there are only 2 people behind the counter & 1 of them is working the register), please put them on the register instead until they become comfortable with drink making & can make drinks properly.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are available: dairy alternatives (1 example being soy) for drinks, a vegetarian breakfast sandwich is also an option.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

the coffee and frappuccino are always consistent in taste. But why is the store now closing at 4pm? we ended up going to Target and let's just say the one employee was not a happy camper.

Not the only Starbucks in Culpeper but certainly better than the other one across the street. They actually know how to make drinks.
