On 5/8/2023 I brought my 2015 Toyota Highlander in for the 70k mile service. I was greeted nicely by at the service desk by Robby Allen. He took my Warranty & Maintenance Guide booklet and promptly began checking off all the items for the 70k service. I asked why was he doing that now, and he responded that often the service techs don't do that. I waited in the clean waiting area for about an hour. Mr. Allen told me my car was ready, waiting out front and to pay at the cashier, which I did. When I went to my car I checked the drivers side floor mat, it had not been properly fastened down to the floor. THIS IS THE FIRST THING ON THE LIST AND EASIEST TO CHECK. I called over Mr. Allen and showed him. He looked, and then awaked away. I yelled that I want the Service Manager to call me. The Service Manager called me within a day or two and apologized for the mix-up and stated he revied a video and agreed several items on the list were not done. Over the next two weeks and me leaving several messages, the General Manager of the dealership called me and made things right. I went to this dealership for service because of their high ratings, so I was disappointed in the service my car received.

Phil Cole was our salesperson and was never pushy. He knows his merchandise, which can be rare in the car sales biz. If he didn’t have the answer he said so and found that answer. He and the GM, Luke, worked with us to get our car at a decent price. Emily made the paperwork end a breeze. Will we go back to Battlefield? You bet your bottom dollar we will! Thank you Phil!

We purchased a 2020 4Runner Saturday night. Otis Ellis was our salesman and he is a phenomenal person to work with. I wish all sales people were like him. From start to finish the whole experience was great. He stayed late to make sure we got everything done and drove the car home that night. If you are looking for a vehicle at Battlefield Toyota ask for Otis, he will make car shopping painless.

Here now - this location is amazing! Had a serious battery issue they took care of right away. Entire service staff os very knowledgeable and friendly! Cost to replace and install was very reasonable too! Thank you Robbie!!!

I recommend probably for buying a vehicle but don’t order a part and expect to have them call and let you know it has arrived, which is what the employee stated they would do. Maybe it’s not a part of their service just something they say to customers.

I have had some really bad experiences with different dealerships - Battlefield Toyota is the exception. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to any of my concerns or requests. The service they provide is very quick as well. I cannot recommend them enough - I got my Camry here and now that I live in Richmond I still am willing to make the drive out to Culpeper for their service!

After looking for months and dealing with other dealerships, I was finally able to deal with Battlefield Toyota on a new 4 runner. Driving 4 hours was definitely worth it. The process was relatively quick and painless. Erika was great and easy to work with and was knowledgeable about the vehicle and it’s options. I would highly recommend Erika and Battlefield Toyota!

Highly recommend dealing with Brady H. if you’re interested in purchasing a vehicle. He’s not your typical car salesmen trying to get a sale, which made the looking and buying process way more enjoyable. He was so helpful in helping me get into a new RAV4. I really appreciate the time he took in dealing with me. Overall definitely recommend the dealership as a whole I walked away very happy!

We purchased our Toyota Highlander almost two years ago from Battlefield, which was a great experience, but their service department is second to none. I drive an hour, sometimes more, depending on the stop lights, to have my car serviced there. Even though my free services have ended, I will continue to return there because of the quality care that I receive. They always go above and beyond and make me feel as though I am their only customer -when usually the waiting room is packed - to me a sign of a great service department. Battlefield Toyota Service Department is outstanding and I highly recommend them.
