This afternoon my husband and I had an appointment at the Atlantic Union Bank in Southgate Shopping Center in Culpeper. Kaylan Corbin helped us with some sensitive issues and we left so impressed! She was thoughtful, sensitive and totally attuned to our issues. She even even asked us to call her for more assistance, if needed. Thank you for having such an outstanding employee.

Old school banking service! I love this bank (especially the South branch) for the service they provide. In the past year, I have opened another account, changed my address, ordered checks, bought foreign currency for a trip (and returned the remainder), transferred money, withdrew cash, got a new bank card before another foreign trip so the old one would not expire while I was gone . . .. Atlantic Union Bank, South Branch handled it all! Thank you.

Went to bank for a replacement debit card. Spoke to Morgan Diaz ( no visible name tag; had to ask name) and she said she could assist. Told me the replacement card cost 5.00. I expressed some displeasure but did pull out5.00 cash. She refused the cash and told me I would have to enter it into my account. She next proceeded to hand me off to another person by the name of Christopher Kim rather than continue to complete the transaction. He was very helpful and friendly and he was able to answer my questions and assist me with acquiring a new card without the rude and dismissive behaviors Ms Diaz offered. He was wonderful and able to give me directions to resources for any further questions I had regarding debit card use with travel abroad. My star review is solely for Ms Diaz. Mr Kim ranks 5 stars

This bank is garbage. Do u want a 9 day hold on your deposits? Then bank here. The apps don’t work half the time as well. Lousy customer service and their rates are the highest in town.

I have experienced nothing short of stellar service from this bank and the employees I have interacted with. They are always courteous, helpful and eager to assist. The branch manager, Tonda Hopkins has gone above and beyond to help me create and properly maintain an estate account.

The employees are typically very fast and pleasant, however there are times when they are in too much of a hurry and don't listen to exactly what you want.

On Monday, I drove through service and needed the change . It was traffic drive through that day so I haven’t had a Chance to count the coils that I got. So I realized it was missing one roll of dime so I went back there and asked for the teller told me that she had her balance correct after counting. So I called Tonda , manager there . She told me will ask teller and get back to me but she was not even call me back until today Wednesday:( we have the business with them for more than 14 years now. This is my first time with bad experiences from them . So disappointed ☹️. I think I may need to switch our business account to other bank. We don’t mind loosing only $5 of dime but at least they respond to something:( very upset ?

The drive thru at this location sucks...Sat at the window for almost 5 minutes while Veronica was on the phone without even acknowledging that I was there. Finally she hangs up and then hands my deposit to another teller. Very poor customer service. Just another reason why I'm moving my accounts across the street to Wells Fargo.
