This bank is garbage. Do u want a 9 day hold on your deposits? Then bank here. The apps don’t work half the time as well. Lousy customer service and their rates are the highest in town.

I have experienced nothing short of stellar service from this bank and the employees I have interacted with. They are always courteous, helpful and eager to assist. The branch manager, Tonda Hopkins has gone above and beyond to help me create and properly maintain an estate account.

The employees are typically very fast and pleasant, however there are times when they are in too much of a hurry and don't listen to exactly what you want.

On Monday, I drove through service and needed the change . It was traffic drive through that day so I haven’t had a Chance to count the coils that I got. So I realized it was missing one roll of dime so I went back there and asked for the teller told me that she had her balance correct after counting. So I called Tonda , manager there . She told me will ask teller and get back to me but she was not even call me back until today Wednesday:( we have the business with them for more than 14 years now. This is my first time with bad experiences from them . So disappointed ☹️. I think I may need to switch our business account to other bank. We don’t mind loosing only $5 of dime but at least they respond to something:( very upset ?

The drive thru at this location sucks...Sat at the window for almost 5 minutes while Veronica was on the phone without even acknowledging that I was there. Finally she hangs up and then hands my deposit to another teller. Very poor customer service. Just another reason why I'm moving my accounts across the street to Wells Fargo.
