I've typically had good experiences here but my recent one was pretty frustrating. I walked in at 5:34 and asked if there were still notary services available and while pulling down the metal shutter (obviously closing up the store early) I was told they stopped doing them 5 minutes ago. So not only could they not be bothered to do a 3 minute service, they closed the store nearly 30 minutes earlier than their posted hours.
So I would caution people about going to this location after 5pm since it seems to close early depending on who is working that day.

Whenever I receive packages through UPS, they arrive damaged, broken, or late... I'm waiting for a phone that was supposed to be . It arrived 3 days ago, and they still have it. It's frustrating.

I went in to return an old Xfinity modem. Smooth and professional service. I was in and out of there and they knew exactly what to do, which is good because I did not.

Because I love using UPS. The staff at the Culpeper Store, Montana Dr. Are so very caring, friendly, and efficient. Especially in satisfying my fear in explaining the way it works with the time frame. Employee 287299. Very caring and understanding.

Unfortunately customer service and politeness is not something this store prides itself on. This morning I was dropping off a package and Dave the owner just seemed to have a case of the “Mondays” as he was rather unpleasant and rude. This same man was also rude to my wife two weeks ago when she came in to pickup a package. This will be the last time we do business with this location as he clearly does not value his customer’s. From now on we will strictly use Eagle One Postal as the owner treats you with respect, goes above and beyond to help and it’s just an overall pleasant experience.

As I have done business around the world with various companies and have mailboxes for different businesses that I own in 6 states .
I have never dealt with such a rude, arrogant and condescending group of people.. The vibe in this place has always been negative. No one looks you in the eye… While you’re there they’re talking about how they wanted to ”tell off” other customers, etc. No one there, save the owner, over 24 and they simply just don’t care..
I have been spoken to like a student and like a child when I’m there. It is not the only place for you to do business with locally I suggest you go elsewhere.

I received the worst customer service I ever have in my life , I shipped a package the gentleman took my phone and the paper I had it written on and googled it after all that I paid charges 56.46 for item that can not be replaced. Looking on tracking the item found out it was shipped to Oregon , called the store and when asking about the charges and being shipped to the wrong place guy said well you clicked on the screen to confirm. Yes my fault assuming after all the efforts to give him correct address that it was correct b being I can not see the fine print very well. The worker got loud with me and when I got loud back he hung up on me. Called back several times for to speak to manager who argued with me and then denied his worker got loud with me and still never answered my question about the charges of sending package 39 hours away vs 6 hours away. Manger told me he did not need my business and hung up on me.

The man with dark hair and a mustache behind the counter was rude. Not so much as a hello or a thank you, a brusque manner, and a perpetual look of frustration on his face. I felt incredibly rushed. I’d rather avoid this customer experience in the future.

I've visited this location several times and the clerks have been cordial and professional. That ended today. A young lady 'helping' me was rude and incorrigible. I understand it was towards the end of their workday but that is no excuse to be rude and show blatant attitude to a paying customer. I had to tell her to correct the receiving address a few times. Very unfortunate. I was partial to this UPS over the one in Culpeper because of very poor customer service. I will say that not all UPS offer exceptional service. If you are irritable working in a customer service job, don't work in a customer service job. Won't return.

Had an Amazon label-free, box-free return; young Asian girl in there looked at me & said you can buy a box to put it in! Never in my life have I had someone tell me that. She looked miserable being there.

I have always received excellent, courteous service at this location. Mailing is much faster than Postal service and more reliable.
