They stop delivering mail to my mother's address for no good reason. The delivery person claimed there was a vehicle blocking access to the mailbox. It was not blocked for at least 3 days this past week. So mail could have been delivered on those days, but no mail was delivered. I was promised that mail would be delivered on Friday. It was not delivered. Now a credit card payment will be late. If they had picked up mail when they promised too, it would not be late!

THIS IS THE 10th TIME MY MAIL HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH AND MY PRIVACY VIOLATED. I have a mailbox here and i am now frantically forced to change my mailbox to another establishment where i feel safe. Beware operating with this post office. Your privacy will NOT be respected and your safety WILL BE compromised.

Continues to go down hill. Mail comes all different times. Mail box stuffed to the point of damnaging items. Packages are often keft in odd places. It's like a game of hide and seek. Have to call often about packages saying delivered but are not. (They get delivered the next day) However they are marking them delivered the day they are due to arrive! Then actually delivered at odd hours the following day!

I do not understand why they will not deliver packages two big for the mail box to my door. I don’t have time to go to the post office. Very inconvenient when I’ve paid for delivery.

For the past several years we have had the great pleasure to have Jeff Bryant as our regular postal carrier. Jeff is always the bright spot to our day. His friendliness, helpfulness, and good humor are always evident. He never fails to make us and all of his customers feel special. His deliveries are always carefully placed; when we are away he hides our packages in unobserved locations on our porch. After many years, we are moving from Town to the County and a major disappointment is that Jeff will no longer be our carrier. You are most fortunate to have such a fine employee. Stuffs mail into box bending everything. Throws packages on the ground next to mailbox even if raining. Refuses to bring to porch. How has USPS become so bad? Total laziness.

If they aren't delivering other people's mail to me they're just ignoring my mail completely. One day they'll leave 300$ worth of packages in the middle of the driveway, the next they'll refuse to attempt delivery for a 30$ hat because there's no secure location. Mind you they never knocked on the door. Never left a notice. Just said they couldn't do it. Was home all day.

I live in Reva. Whoever delivered out mail today… Tuesday Oct 31st… bent an envelope clearly marked, do not bend, to shove into our mailbox and I do not appreciate it!!! They were photos!! Why would you do that??? Literally freaking rude. I can’t believe it.

Waiting all morning, with a pen and my ID. The postal person didn't attempt to get a signature. Never drove down the driveway to my house. My mail box is at the end of my drive like everyone else's. I've seen them drive down my drive for other neighbors.Usually they just deliver every other day or when it suits them.It was raining so that will be the excuse.Should have gone with ups.There's no reliability with the postal service.Paid for a service and they didn't deliver on the wim of a delivery driver.Will be in on Monday to speak about this!And pick up my package

Who runs this place? I had a delayed Christmas order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I waited all day and nothing. Then at 3:53 I received a message from Amazon saying it could not be delivered due to nobody home to sign for it. That is a lie. I have the mail carrier on camera pulling up to the mailbox, taking what looks like a picture of my package throwing it up in the window of their vehicle and the putting the rest of my mail in the mailbox and driving away. They never came to the door to even see if I was home. How lazy can you be to not even want to do your job and now I'm being told they won't bring it out to me because their driver lied.
