On Tues March 12, 2024 around 10 am, I went through the drive thru. Whomever was working the window tried to tell me the breakfast combo I was ordering only came in med and large, and wanted to charge me addtl for the med or large. I didnt want more potatoes and a bigger drink. He then proceeded to ring up the item individually to charge me almost double to have the order as a small. This is something I order routinely from Wendys so i have exact change. I took my business elsewhere. I wonder if management is aware.

Drive thru experience: for a late (11:30PM) the line was slower than expected. The food was better than it is during like a lunch time rush so it balanced out. Didn't disappoint for a quick bite after a long day :)

It’s breakfast time and I have to eat bacon bits of bacon I stead of a nice regular cooked piece of bacon for $8 bc there’s “no small option” according to Culpeper Wendy’s ? It’s bad enough we gotta eat bacon bits on the Jr. bacon…but I at least thought breakfast bacon would be FRESH!!!! ??

FRAUD alert!! I have been to wendys a couple of times over the last few weeks or so. I ALWAYS use the same card to pay for my meals here. Tonight @10:30 pm I received a txt message, alerting me to two separate transactions processed on that card, one for $25 even and the other for $7.56. Obviously was not me because I have been sitting at home working all night. I suspect an employee at the establishment has copied my card information and is using it to pay for their meals. I immediately froze my card online and called my cc institution and they canceled that card. I reported the charges as fraudulent.I'm getting a new card. However tonight I tried calling the establishment 5 separate times and no answer. So I am calling corporate in the morning to inform them of the fraud and am thinking of filing a police report with culpeper PD. I would inform corporate that I might be one of MANY patrons that been stolen from like that.Who knows how many more out there that have had this done to them... I'll see how it goes but I'm VERY disappointed to say the least. I hope I get some support from corporate tomorrow.

Tried stopping for drive-thru tonight. Wound up with a delivery truck pulled up almost to my rear bumper as i was trying to order the food through the app. I was already out of the way of normal traffic, but pulled directly into a parking spot, which apparently wasn't good enough for this driver. They pulled right behind me, i did still have enough room to move, but he refused and of course had his lights blinding me the entire time. Ok, so, with all this, i just left. Once home, i decided to call and let the manager know that their drivers actions cost them revenue...3 different calls, hung up on every single time! I'm sorry Wendy's...this is not a good look for you!

Passed two times iv gotten the $5 bag a double stack. The bread is soggy and the burger just doesn’t taste right. Idk what’s wrong a the service just isn’t the same. Not happy about it at all. I will be letting them all know when I return again. No I didn’t wait awhile to eat the burger I got home bout 10 mins an opened it up an it’s soggy. Always done this a never been a problem.
