Give it one star only because there was nothing lower. Went in twice to place an order and both times a line to the back of the store with one register open, which had stopped working and someone standing behind the other register with a sign to go to the other register. Four customers plus myself walked out after waiting for more than 15 minutes. The lady working the register that was down was trying hard. The young girl sitting behind the other register did nothing. The lady with the register problem told the shift man eager that people were lined up. Instead of being directed to the register where someone was just sitting, the reply was "they will just have to wait. My last time there and will not reccomend.

This is absolute worse customer service at this store...you will have 3 people on duty so called duty....and never acknowledge a customer is standing there.just went in to store to buy stuff a line of customers and 3 workers 1 worker scooping ice cream for people , the other 2 sitting on there butts doing nothing look up and see a line of customer and never acknowledge anyone..this happens all the time...today you lost a couple sales because I was not the only person who walked out

I live in this area and my business Will head up the road to Exxon. Maybe if a lot of people do this the employees will wait on customers..but I doubt it.
