Has anyone considered replacing the lat pulldown bars? They are in really sad shape. More duct tape is not the solution. Every day I see an average of 6 employees getting paid to stare at their phones or uselessly glance at IDs while a third of the cardio machines are broken and the pull down bars are falling apart. Maybe they should use the equipment once in a while. Then the gym closes at 3pm on weekends, but the single after-hours ID coder person is never there. Please do better. Believe me. . . I don't want to be here.

I enjoy the variety of the free-weights, the virtual walk program on the treadmills can take you on a nice virtual stroll in San Juan Puerto Rico or along the beaches in New Zealand. I enjoy a nice virtual stroll with the perfect lighting so that you feel you are actually there ?

I love working out at the Gym. It has a great staff and it is very clean.

Amazing little facility. Stay away at peak hours because it gets full quick from 1500 to 1730.

Good equipment and staff, but very small gym. Limited hours and space can result in disappointing workouts due to crowding.

Dahlgren F.C is a great place to get a workout in. They've got everything from an indoor basketball court to a family workout room for parents and their children. Their Rogue Power Racks are clutch for weight lifting.
