I have been going to this boost mobile location for 5 years or more and it's always so good to me! I would never take my business no where else. Emma always takes good care of my phone needs everytime I come in. All the staff is well trained and friendly. :)

We recently visited this Boost Mobile store at 7 PM to finance two new phones. Before our visit, we called and spoke directly with the store manager, Blanca, who informed us about how to finance the phones and if there were any late fees and how much the plan would cost . We understood this would cover basic setup, taxes, and line activation — nothing out of the ordinary.
However, what we experienced in person was not only deceptive and unprofessional, but also disrespectful and deeply offensive.
After arriving at the store, a lady assisted us and started the application. We waited for an hour and 15 minutes and towards the end we were suddenly told about a completely different charge — which was an additional $100 service fee just to assist with the financing application. This was never disclosed on the phone or at the beginning of our visit. The representative who first helped us was polite, but clearly untrained and did not know what she was doing. She kept going back and forth between Boost customer service on the phone and the manager on the other line because she was not equipped to handle the process. We were patient and willing to proceed, if only the fees had been clearly explained.
Midway through, a man who introduced himself as “Chris” claimed to be the owner of the store abruptly inserted himself into the conversation. He had no badge, no professionalism, and immediately took an aggressive, defensive tone. He invaded our personal space, speaking down to us while raising his voice. He insisted that we had been told about the $100 fee and that he had camera's recording — we had not — and became hostile when we calmly questioned the charge.
What’s worse, Chris made a blatantly racist and discriminatory remark, saying, “You guys are Middle Eastern, that’s why you have a problem,” despite the fact that we are not of Middle Eastern descent. This was not only completely inappropriate, but it was racial profiling. His attitude was offensive, confrontational, and discriminatory.
Chris also seemed annoyed that we had arrived closer to closing time, even though we had spoken to the manager in advance. He repeatedly said “it’s all on camera,” as if trying to intimidate us, rather than offer any reasonable explanation or assistance.
We left the store feeling shocked, humiliated, and discriminated against. This was not just a matter of miscommunication — it was an example of poor business ethics, deception, and open hostility toward customers.
Boost Mobile should be ashamed to have someone like this representing their brand. We expect corporate to take this matter very seriously. A formal investigation is warranted, and appropriate disciplinary action should be taken against both the individual and the store for their behavior, lack of transparency, and racial profiling.
No customer should ever be treated the way we were — especially while simply trying to purchase a phone.

After waiting over an hour in-store, we were suddenly told about a $100 service fee per phone just for help with the financing — a fee that was never disclosed upfront. The representative who was a female assisting us was polite but clearly untrained, repeatedly calling customer service and the manager for help.
Towards the end, a man named Chris, who claimed to be the owner (with no badge or professional conduct), abruptly joined the conversation. He invaded our personal space, yelled at us, and falsely insisted we had been told about the charge. When we calmly questioned it, he became hostile and aggressive.
Most disturbingly, Chris made a racist comment, saying, “You guys are Middle Eastern, that’s why you have a problem with paying the fee” even though we are not. This was blatant racial profiling, unacceptable in any setting and we felt like we were being harrased.
We left feeling shocked, disrespected, and discriminated against. This wasn’t just poor service — it was deceptive, unprofessional, and offensive. We urge Boost Mobile corporate to investigate this matter and take immediate disciplinary action against those involved.
No customer should be treated this way. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

I went there to get a SIM CARD for a new line. The Lady at the store told me to call customer service because the store was super busy and I didn’t have time to wait. I left the store and that is what I did. Unfortunately, I was not able to active my line and I had to go back to the store because customer service wouldn’t be able to do it. The lady sold me an expired SIM CARD.
On top of that, the lady didn’t want to give me refund for the expired SIM Card that she sold me.
Avoid this store. They charge an extra fee of $7 if paying with a credit card. That is ridiculous!!!
Activation and a new line at this store for a $25 dollar plan is almost $110. Other stores charge no more than $80. I’m not coming back to this store ever again.

Bad experience of customer service. The seller was rude and didn't know well what equipment he has for sell. And he wants to charge insurance on the phone as a required??
