Excellent customer service here. I showed up at 8am when they opened the doors with a screw in my tire that needed repair. Ashton greeted me as soon as I walked in and assured me they would not only repair the flat, but would rotate my tires as well being as that was due. In less than 35 minutes, I was handed the keys and was out the door, all at no charge. Their warranties and lifetime services are absolutely real and their people are all super nice, smiles and friendly faces everywhere. What a refreshing experience, I will gladly recommend them to anyone needing tires or tire service. Truly a 5-star facility.

I needed air in all four tires. I pulled up and was taken care of immediately. It was a snowy afternoon and cold. I really appreciated these folks.

Courteous, fast, and good value service. My Don bought tires here and was very impressed. I have bought 2 sets of tires at 2 different stores. Service at both was OUTSTANDING.I would not buy tires anywhere else.

I was greeted at my car for a 9:15 appointment and the young man got my car in, found a screw in the tire and repaired it in about 30 mins. Nice people, clean lounge area. Would recommend!

Arrived at 1:47pm and just left after having my air pressure checked due to sensor being lit. Keri handled it well. I am, however, dissatisfied with how long it took to be approached in the "Free Air Check" area. All bays were empty, 5-6 techs sweeping, one or 2 of them rolling a tire from point a to point b. I was readily visible and should have been approached within a minute of arrival. I sat for 2-3 minutes and get the sense I likely would have sat longer had they not discerned the incoming call was from me. Bad customer service not to greet a customer promptly.

I've been to this particular discount tire three times for tires for two cars. It is always clean and all the customer-facing staff are always professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The only place I've been in three years for tires because their prices are great and the work is fast as well as competent.

Professional, great customer service, cleanliness and pricing. I bought new tires for both my cars and very happy about it. The post sales support is amazing, they still treat you like a new business client.Today I walked in with a flat tire and was in hurry to pick my son. Ashton understood my situation and turned around my car in no time - couldn’t be more happier!

Discount Tire was AMAZING!!!! I made my appointment the night before. They were able to see me an hour earlier. They walked me through everything. I will definitely go back. Awesome crew!!!!
