THERES IS NO HEAT ON FOR THE EMPLOYEES. STORE IS FREEZING. Ridiculous.

They have public bathrooms they keep locked & when your a paying customer to ask to use it you get the reply customers only!

Customer service is hit or miss (as is the cleanliness of the store). This location also doesn’t honor a lot of the deals advertised (specifically for this location) in the app. Not sure if that is a Family Dollar thing or specific to the store, but regardless…it is annoying.
