Yesterday, I discovered a nail in my tire and was in need of a quick and simple plug fix. I visited this place with the hope that they would be able to assist me without having to leave my car. However, I was informed that dropping off my car was necessary, which I couldn't do. The staff suggested that if I arrived at 8 AM the next morning, they would prioritize my issue. Hence, we scheduled an appointment accordingly.Next day, I arrived at approximately 7:42 AM, eagerly waiting and becoming the first person on-site even before the employees arrived. Since the facility didn't open until 8 AM, I patiently sat in my car right in front of the garage doors. As I observed the employees gradually arriving, a random individual also appeared at around 7:55 AM, before the open sign was even displayed. Consequently, I decided to get out of my car and enter the premises. To my surprise, I was informed by a different employee, not the one I spoke to the day before, that I would have to leave my car as the repair might take a while because of other people. I reminded him of the agreement made yesterday to be attended to first thing at 8 AM. However, he insisted that it would still take a considerable amount of time and I therefore needed to leave my car. Unfortunately, I didn't have the luxury of waiting, as it was the very reason I arrived promptly at 8 AM. Consequently, I will take my business and money elsewhere, as I found the place to be understaffed and lacking professionalism like most places now in Dale City.

I don't think I will use this particular location again. I made the reservation online and put down the $25 deposit. I arrived for my appointment and checked in. I asked the young man what the total amount would be because I intended to pay in cash. He stated $516 and some change. That was perfect because I brought $520. Even though I saved a screenshot that stated my balance would be $511.92 after the $25 deposit. $5.00 wasn't a big deal. For 4 tires, I waited almost 2 hours to have them installed. That was excessive because they were not busy when I arrived. No one kept me updated on the status of my vehicle so I had to inquire on my own. They did try to upsell though. Once my transaction was completed, the cost rose to $531.00 . Their website is very deceptive. The young man explained that the price on the website does not include taxes. Why are you quoting costs and not including taxes? Deceptive and I won't be back. I gave 2 starts because at least I got the tires.

Had a great experience here. Had to reschedule due to my mistake and David was very helpful each time I called and accommodating in my request to set each appointment. I bought a new tire and had it mounted and balanced. It took less than an hour and they had a clean waiting room with half a dozen seats, a television, a unisex bathroom and a Keurig coffee machine complete with complimentary k-cups as well as powdered creamer available. When we inquired about sugar we were informed they might be out. I was quoted a price over the phone for the tire and service and there were no surprises or pushing to upgrade or any additional costs. Thanks for everything guys!

It doesn't make sense! Today I called made an appointment for 11am to change all 4 tires. The guy tells me its gonna be 2 hours, ok fine. I sit there for 2 hours and my car is still sitting in the same place I parked it. I ask the guy at the counter whats the status he goes and say you're next up. I say ok how much longer, he says another 2 hours. What? How? I mean I understand guys getting behind but another 2 hours? I just wanted all 4 tires to be changed at NTB not a new transmission or brakes, rotors, calipers, etc. Just change my tires and thats going to take 4 hours with an appointment!?!? If you're going to be named NTB at least have a spot where tires can be changed quickly. I mean if I had the machine to remove the tire from the rim I'd change them myself. But I digress, 2 hours wasted and now I have to take my $1300 bucks elsewhere. *Rant over*

NTB does not honor their online coupons. I downloaded and printed an NTB $24.99 coupon for a conventional oil change and oil filter. When I got to NTB Dale City, the agent told me they do not offer conventional coil changes, rather offered me a semi-synthetic oil and filter change for $54.78. Since I have a lifetime wheel balance and rotation, I got the oil changed. What RIP OFF. I will never, ever go to NTB again. Their new owner really SUCKS.

I went here for a wheel alignment - they make the process stress free. I was able to make an appointment ahead of time on their website so all I had to was drop off my car. Their service was fast and affordable. I will be back!

I came into NTB for a break job. The staff was very helpful and understanding. They answered all my questions with a smile. Very pleased with the way they turned out and a special thanks to Hamid for being so kind.

My appointment was the first one scheduled upon their opening, the wait was minimal and checking in was painless. The technician was very helpful in advising me and providing me with options.

The tire I ordered online was not delivered to the store in time for my Saturday appointment, although the person I spoke with at the store assured me it would be. They blamed the warehouse and insisted the tire would arrive in a few days. The following Monday I called the store to make another Saturday morning appointment and as I was explaining the situation the employee asked if he could call me back in 5 minutes. I said yes and he never called back. The next day, Tuesday, I called again and said I don't like being lied to and asked if he remembered telling me he'd call me back in 5 minutes. His response was, "heh-heh-heh...I tell people I'll call them back in 5 minutes all the time...heh-heh-heh". I told him I didn't think him lying to me was funny and him laughing at me about the lie makes me even more angry about the situation. I think he got the message and he started calling me sir and told me the tire I ordered had arrived and scheduled me for an 8 am appointment for the following Saturday. When I arrived to the 2nd appointment I presented the email I received detailing the appointment and was instructed to wait while they serviced my car. When it was time to pay I was directed to the same person who checked me in and was asked to insert my credit card into the reader and once processed they would print me a receipt. When I got to my car I noticed a $32.99 charge on the receipt for "extended deep tread warranty". I went back in the store and asked what does this mean, what does it cover, who added this, etc. The person was silent and the manager stepped in saying, "did no one discuss the extended warranty with you"? I replied no, I'm the one that ordered the tire from your website and there was nothing about an extended warranty. When I pressed how it got on my bill the manager said it was the same person who I spoke with on the phone who had lied to me and laughed about it. I got upset and expressed that person has now lied to me twice(!) and demanded that it be removed. They refunded my credit card the money and I left again. Then I took an even closer look at the receipt and realized they never applied the $25 deposit I had to pay when ordering the tire! I pulled up the order on my phone and before going back into the store I noticed the tire they installed wasn't the tire I ordered!! I showed the manager my order and he went outside to look at the tire where he confirmed it WAS NOT the tire I ordered. Once back inside he asked the person who checked me in why I was given a different tire, his response was, "that tire didn't come in and this is what did". At the point I almost lost my mind and angrily asked why they didn't tell me that and didn't they think that was information I should know. When they didn't respond to my inquiry I stated that this is now the 3rd time(!) they have lied and attempted to deceive me. Unbelievable! The manager attempted to call someone about this mixup but was put on hold. While on hold he asked if I'd like to schedule an appointment to get the ordered tire installed. I explained I've already wasted 2 Saturday mornings dealing with this b.s. and there is no way I'm going to allow them to screw things up anymore. He then said, "so you want the tire that is currently on the car"? To which I replied, "I don't WANT IT, but I'm keeping it. I'm not coming back here again"!When they reimbursed me for the never applied $25 deposit the manger told the person, "make it $30 for his inconvenience". So, in summary: they lied to me 3 times, laugh at me for lying to me, attempted to deceive me, show up to 2 appointments where they were not prepared to do the work, steal my deposit, installed the wrong tire and all that is worth $5 for the "inconvenience". Unbelievable! Here's the funny part. The next day I received an email stating I'd missed my appointment...yes, this same debacle of an appointment I've just described. The

Tl;dr: Save your time and go to the Exxon across the street. They will be straight with you and not string you along.Long version: I needed new wheels/tires installed on my 4Runner. These are BF Goodrich Ko2's on Toyota TRD wheels. No changes in wheel/tire size from factory, so this should have been a very routine job. It was not.I made an appointment over the phone with Chris for Sunday at 1:00. I dropped the vehicle off at 12:45. At ~2:30 they actually pulled the vehicle into the bay (what's the point of an appointment, then?). After taking the old tires off the old wheels, they asked me if I wanted my TPMS sensors moved to the new wheels. Obviously, I said yes. They stated that there was no technician working today that was qualified to do that. Would've been nice to know that before my tires were laying on the shop floor. Furthermore, TPMS has been a requirement on all new vehicles made after SEP2007. How can a tech not know how to work on them? They had me make a second appointment for the following Saturday. At ~4:00, the technician asked for assistance locating the tools to drop the spare tire. I provided it. A short time later, he reported that he was unable to drop the spare to swap the tire because Toyota "either gave me the wrong tools or the wrong bumper." Foolishly, I took the tire technician's word as an expert when he was speaking about a tire issue. At this point, I was done for the day and went home. Once I got home, I figured out how to drop the spare and did so in ~10 minutes. I do not work at a tire shop. I just know how to read. The following Saturday, I arrived at the shop around opening time. The employee at the counter reported that they would not be able to perform the work that day. Frustrated, I went to the Exxon across the street and spoke to Dave. Dave couldn't perform any work on the vehicle that day (Saturday morning with no appointment is completely understandable), but he did offer me some advice--find the TPMS sensors, since replacing them would be ~$200/ea.I returned to the original shop and spoke to a different employee. He told me that the TPMS sensors were likely still on the original wheels/tires, and they actually could perform the work. I retrieved the original wheels/tires, and returned. ~3 hours later, they completed the job. There are definite management issues at play here:If an appointment is made for a specific day, then the work should be completed on that day. Alternatively, the timeline should at least be communicated to the customer before the work begins. If a technician runs into an obstacle, then they should expend at least a token amount of time consulting the manual/Google/Youtube before blaming the dealership/manufacturer.If a customer approaches the front desk already irritated about the extended timeline, telling him he has to come back a different day will not go over well.Multiple employees dropping the ball on a routine job is not indicative of an employee problem--it's a management problem, and systemic.Bottom line: Don't make the mistake I did of spending your time/money here.
