“This place is awesome. The staff at dropoff are extremely friendly and will meet you outside regardless of weather. It has an easy pull up area which is covered and they help you unload.
When my son recently left his expensive jacket in one of the bags I dropped off, the staff went through a lot of bins within the hour and found it, and returned it to me. I was shocked. It’s easier for them to just say that it was donated, etc but they were so kind about it. The manager, Genai (sp?) was lovely as well and offered to keep it in her office so I could take my time coming back to get it. What a wonderful crew!”

As I was in line I watched how they helped move the line smoothly.. so that a long line was serviced completely within 10 minutes. And when I came up, they were cordial and help me what the pricing on my items. They were a breath of fresh air compared to a long time ago when I came here.
