This location is so unprofessional and slow. I specifically go to the Wells Fargo on smoketown instead of this one. They are extremely slow. I went in the drive through and there was no line, just me and one other car and it took 30 minutes for them to help me deposit a check and withdraw cash. The guy kept forgetting what I asked for. On top of it, I made an appointment to open a new account for my sister and they told us to bring a proof of address, we did and then they still wouldn’t open the account because now she needed two forms of ID. They would be telling us all of this before hand, ended up going there 3 times and we’re still not able to open account. So I went to the smoketown location, where I didn’t need an appointment and was able to quickly open an account. You’re better off driving further and having the job done than coming here.

This branch is terrible! The staff provide conflicting advice and they are very slow. I stood in line for 20 minutes and they sent me away!

First and last time going here. I stayed in line for over 30mins only to be told that they could not help me and I had to call customer service. I then call customer service they the tell me I was misinformed and was right to go to the bank in the first place. It was clear the staff wasn't trying to be helpful and wanted to leave on a timely manner because it was a saturday. ridiculous and incompetent people.

I have been a customer at this location for 20 years. Overall I’d like to give at least 4 stars, however, due to a recent negative experiences with two bankers ( not tellers), I’d have to give a 3 stars. If I were newer customers then it would be definitely a one star ( or zero, if possible). I had an encounter with a female banker who was very unpleasant, talking down and inconsiderate. I had no idea why she was so when I brought up possibilities of their mismanagement. This actually started with another banker’s mismanagement regarding my son’s account a few days prior. In all, it’s sad those younger employees caused negative impressions —- given I had no issues for 20 yrs.

This is a wonderful bank full of amazing people. I want to thank Ms. Estafani Gonzalez foe being so helpful to my aunt. I think that customer service is a must and she did more than expected! Thank you sooo much!

No where near enough staff to accommodate the weekend rush. I just wasted 2 hours waiting to talk to a banker and the line never moved
