Slow. Parking lot always full on weekends. They allow random people to set up tents and sell flea market type goods and coconut juice in front of the BANK. Sundays there is nowhere to park to access the ATM. Totally unprofessional. I use other locations when possible.

Slowest bank Ever!! Although they're going through a remodeling phase, I was standing in line for at least 10 minutes as they were helping one customer ahead of me and I wasn't even acknowledged. Two gentlemen working on a computer didn't even greet me or anything. I sat down in the lobby for another 10 minutes before one of the men came over. I informed him I needed a notary and he just said it will be a few more minutes. Although I was the only in there before five others came in. I waited another 10 minutes.I'll give 3 stars because Belinda was kind enough to print a document again due to an error on it.

My grandpa took me here to help me deposit a paycheck and they refused to allow me to sign my paycheck over to my grandfather after consideration my grandfather is deciding to pull all of his money from the bank we’ve been with them for years I am now advocating and recommending that everybody that banks with Wells Fargo pulls their money

The outside ATM wouldn’t accept my cash, it wouldn’t close to accept the perfect bills. Guess they don’t want money? ??♀️

Terrible experience, they refused to take my deposit. I literally walked into the bank, they had 3-4 employees sitting and doing nothing. I created labor by having a deposit and they refused!! Never go here.

Terrible location and service,we went in to try to open a business checking account. Romina took our business Documents and never called us back and we tried to call them 10 times. We even had made an appointment before going in and they said they were too busy to help us. ?♂️ definitely reaching out to corporate because they took our sensitive business documents without any follow up I would at least like our personal information back.

Please don’t waste your time at this branch, we 7 people were in the line but only one person (Bank associate) was taking care of.

This location is so unprofessional and slow. I specifically go to the Wells Fargo on smoketown instead of this one. They are extremely slow. I went in the drive through and there was no line, just me and one other car and it took 30 minutes for them to help me deposit a check and withdraw cash. The guy kept forgetting what I asked for. On top of it, I made an appointment to open a new account for my sister and they told us to bring a proof of address, we did and then they still wouldn’t open the account because now she needed two forms of ID. They would be telling us all of this before hand, ended up going there 3 times and we’re still not able to open account. So I went to the smoketown location, where I didn’t need an appointment and was able to quickly open an account. You’re better off driving further and having the job done than coming here.

First and last time going here. I stayed in line for over 30mins only to be told that they could not help me and I had to call customer service. I then call customer service they the tell me I was misinformed and was right to go to the bank in the first place. It was clear the staff wasn't trying to be helpful and wanted to leave on a timely manner because it was a saturday. ridiculous and incompetent people.

I made an apportionment for 4pm and confirmed it not once but twice. I was stuck in traffic and called to let them know I would possibly be 5 minutes late however I was there on time. I go to check in and am told that the bank associate (Selmas or Selma) is currently in an appointment so I take a set patiently and at 4:20 ask when I will get seen because the bank closes at 5pm. At this point her appointment apparently is going to take longer and am told she will call me back to reschedule. At this point I get extremely frustrated. I left and will not be doing business at this bank. Extremely unprofessional. Do not waste your time at this location.

Very Negative Experience and Interaction.I went to this branch to get my spouse's name updated on her debit card and get a Government issued document notarized. The banker was really nice and she helped us and we left the bank with no issues. However, I went to same branch A DAY later to also get my Government issued document notarized for college. This time a different banker was trying to help me, she took my paperwork to her Manager, Bryant Guzman. When I saw them talking, I went to them and I explained that I was there just yesterday they helped us with no issues. I told the manager that I have been with Wells Fargo for 6 years, I also told him that I had many forms of Government issued photo ID on me to present. However, he refused to notarize my document. What is so sad is that he is a manager but his other bankers actually know more than him. He didn't seem to understand the credibility of certain Government issued documents.I have been Wells Fargo's customer for the past 6 years and I still cannot believe that the manger (Bryant Guzman) refused to notarize my document. What is so frustrating is that we were there a day earlier and they notarized my spouse's document because we also asked to update her name on her debit card, but when I went there a day later, with the same forms, same Government issued document, he refused to notarized my document. Clearly, my understanding from this interaction was that they only help you, if your business in their banking interest.
