My husband and I came in to the cvs/daleville location on June 5, we were getting Covid vaccines. The pharmacist that helped us was SO friendly and helpful!! I cannot say enough good things about her service! She went above and beyond for us. I did not get her name , I wish I had. She was the pharmacist on duty at 4:00 on June 5th

Wouldn’t give my 3 month old her prescription of Pepcid. They said because I already had the medication prescribed… it shouldn’t matter because she was being prescribed a higher dose! Would’ve thought being right across from the pediatric clinic they would’ve been better. Got it filled today by another pharmacy without any problems. Thanks for nothing cvs

I was just looking over reviews and must say am surprised. I am always greeted when I walk in & assisted when needed. As for the pharmacy it is a SUPER busy pharmacy. I always see them moving at an efficient speed. It is a BUSY pharmacy and I want them to do my perception correctly. Considering the volume I see no difference with other pharmacies. I have had excellent assistance with using GOOD RX as well for a 2 large volume orders for my equine. Saved thousands. Kudos!

Kathleen was incredibly rude when I asked if I could use a Good RX code today. I explained that I was paying over double the price for my medication now that my insurance switched (even as a nurse my insurance is terrible apparently) and she told me to contact my insurance company if I didn’t want to wait 20 minutes or more every time I get a medication from CVS if I find a cheaper price online. Easier said than done! I can’t even get to a real person when I call my insurance company unless I sit on the phone for hours. From one person in the medical field to another- she should be trained better in customer service. As a nurse, I always try to help my patient with anything I can! I didn’t need the attitude and embarrassment of “at least you don’t have to pay the $200 amount” in front of all the staff and customers there. Which I replied well I do pay almost $400 a month for the insurance, so I would like to save money where I can. Completely immature and selfish of a “pharmacy technician.” All I wanted was to get the discount to my medication, I guess it was too much to ask for them to rerun the slip because I asked for the discount I provided. I pray that someone that has real money issues does not run into this woman because she I can’t imagine if I couldn’t pay for all my medication with her attitude. Big Pharm Companies are ridiculous and need to do better with their customer service! I will be switching to a different pharmacy due to this interaction. I have had issues in the past, but not to this extreme. VERY disappointing.

Just wanted to know if there was a prescription ready to be picked up but can’t get that information for about an hour when I need to let my spouse know but I have to go through automated service first. Automated system doesn’t recognize me not a fan of this new system

Do NOT go here for passport photos. I took both my kids to get passport photos and I questioned the quality when they came out. The employee said they passed CVSs computer check and should be fine. The woman at the courthouse instantly rejected the pictures and said to never go to CVS because they have problems with their pictures all the time. She recommended Walgreens on Hershberger. We went back to CVS and the employee stated she couldn't get better pictures and refunded our $17 per photo.
The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because I use their pharmacy, which is adequate and better than Kroger.

Poor check out experience. Difficulties with self checkout not having an exit out. Card discounts not applied accurately. No CVS employees at the front at all to help with 7 customers in line.

Who is managing this pharmacy, the circus? First my medication has to be ordered, because it’s not in stock. Upon checking the CVS app ( like the automated CVS answering service would like me to) I notice my ordered prescription is filled and ready for pickup. When I arrive at the pharmacy the clerk goes to get my prescription and can’t find it. The clerk seems confused because the system shows it’s been filled, however the clerk can’t find it anywhere in the prescription bins. After the clerk and pharmacist go back and forth about the missing prescription, I am informed by the pharmacist that it had not been filled. Then the pharmacist states no CVS within a one hour drive has it in stock, nor does he know when it will be back in stock! SMH!!!

If I could give them negative stars I would. Worst pharmacy in the world. I am not saying this because of one isolated incident. Every time I have to deal with them I want to stick a knife in my eye to ease the pain! Absolutely horrible!!!!!

This pharmacy is worst i have used. Get text saying got prescription ready and get there don't have it always some kind excuse that was canceled or we didn't get one for you. Today she said we didn't send you a text so i showed her the one i got yesterday then here come another excuse but i wasn't about to leave untill i got it . She found it it pretty quick. I got see if my insurance will let me use some other place. Enough of CVS Daleville. They suck for customer service.
