Being from Virginia, I know Kroger well. Been shopping there for years. Here in Florida, Kroger is only available as delivery. But we use them, they are always on time and great at picking the products. Recommend them

Just left the store, decided to not use self checkout. Bagger failed to put all my groceries in my cart so now I have to waste time going back to get everything I paid for.

I don't know what happened to their pharmacy. I have been going there for many years and the staff has always been very helpful. They must have a new staff because the level of rudeness was immature and uncalled for. They refused to refill a prescription that I've been getting there for over 3 years. They just didn't like the way the Rx was written which is none of their business. They yelled, said they were committing insurance fraud, and hung up on me. What in the world is wrong with some people?. They actually admitted that they had been committing insurance fraud for the last 3 years? Who does that? They haven't. They just didn't want to flll the prescription and that was their excuse, a lie.

For the last year i have been using thus kroger to load my cash app every two weeks. The last to tines ive tried at this location they decline it. The younger people running customer service need to be retrained. If nothung else, to be able to explain why it isnt working

Been shopping here for years and has severely declined in the last year or so, some of the staff is rude, act as if your in their way. The seafood department staff is lazy at best, if they are even open at all, three of last 6 Saturday’s at 11:00am closed/ empty. The meat shelves have empty holes everywhere, usually on items they advertise as being on sale, or their digital deal scam. Some of the checkout staff will argue with you over items that are clearly marked on sale. I will award 1 star because the pharmacy does a great job. The meat/seafood and store managers need to be replaced immediately. There are two Krogers in Blacksburg Va. the college students refer to one as Gucci Kroger and the other as Ghetto Kroger, well their Ghetto Kroger is run better and is better stocked than this place. I will check back periodically, until then I will be at Food Lion

The lady cashier working till closing the night of 4/4/24 was extremely unprofessional, rude, almost harrassing and should not be working in customer service. I will never step foot in this Kroger again.
