The Verizon Wireless Zone in Daleville VA hands down was the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. Landen and the team were knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. It was truly was a wonderful experience.

My parents joined me at Verizon a few days ago to upgrade to a new phone. Hunter was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make this a smooth transition. I would recommend going to this store for any of your Verizon needs!

Hunter, Joel, Landen were extremely and I mean extremely kind, patient, and explained everything to me. Switched from business account; upgraded phone and opened personal account. It took time, patience and kindness.

Hunter was absolutely fantastic. We did assumption of liability and transferred lines. He was very patient with the process and was delighted to service us throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great customer experience.
Oh, and he put my screen protector on with excellent precision.

After being on hold for 48 minutes with zero apologies then being told misinformation I will look elsewhere in the future. Hunter was terribly rude to me and I would rather avoid his condescension in the future.
