This caused us to go over our timeframe on our rental(quite a bit I might add), but adam refused to charge us for the overage. In addition, the people in this community are second to none. I can’t remember ever visiting a place where everyone was just consistently so polite, helpful, and generous. It’s really great to see the how the whole rental bike community in Damascus is so tight knit and most of them are friends. In the world we live in, I can’t stress how refreshing that was to see competitors working together. DON’T LOSE THIS QUALITY. WE WILL BE BACK! ? ? ?”
